The staff is very courteous, knowledgeable and seem to enjoy their job. I have a German Shepherd and was a little concerned how he would adapt to Day Camp and new people. It's been good. Other people and pets don't seem to bother him. He gets the exercise and exposure to other people and animals that he needs.
Easy to make appointments, friendly people

Sparky has white fur and he was dark gray from dirt and smelled awful when we picked him up. I had to bathe him 3 times to get him back to clean.
Friendly staff and my dog is happy to stay for the day
A total indoor experience for a dog of my size who needs space was just not the right fit. The very strong smell of urine on her when I picked her up each day was totally unacceptable. We cannot live with that very strong scent permeating the car and house. Pretty gross. I’m amazed they charged me for the three days we were there - outrageous! Getting that money back - $144 - would make things right.

the staff. Carol is alway willing to answer questions, schedule appointments, and treats my dog like family. We love Carol. The ability to drop off early, pick up early, or leave my pet late, without being charged extra is such a relief to my wallet and stress level. The photo shoots! I love the photo shoots we can participate in. Being able to purchase my dogs lunch and have my dog groomed in one spot is also a big help. And the biggest thing we like is the Dogtopia Foundation.
The facility is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.

I truly appreciate how much they love and care for my fur baby. I especially love being able to check the cameras and see how the staff interacts—not only with my baby, but with all of the fur babies. You can genuinely see the love and attention they give them.
My biggest thing is that my dog has been to another doggy daycare before, and every time she came home, her fur was yellow and she smelled. 😩 With Dogtopia, she comes home looking and smelling exactly like she did when I dropped her off! No yellow stains, no smell—just a happy, tired, well-loved pup. 🥰
And the best part? She is always excited and ready to go back in the morning! That says EVERYTHING to me. ❤️🐶

Friendly staff. Someone is with dogs at all times EXCEPT at night
Easy to book. Multiple people in the rooms for daycare. Employees give individual attention to the dogs... not just watching, but interacting. My dog is excited to go in.

Maisie loves her time at Dogtopia! So much so that she drags me into the building! Every single staff member that we’ve worked with has been amazing. From daycare and being able to check in on her via webcam to training that is helping her behavior to boarding services and knowing she’s safe when I’m traveling, everything has been so awesome. I know Maisie is happy and cared for and that means the world to me!
Flexibility, kindness, friendliness of staff, location, multiple services
Our young lab tried daycare 4 times. Each time we were told that she was doing great and starting to make friends. On the 4th visit my daughter was told that we shouldn’t bring her back because it wasn’t safe because she didn’t protect herself. My daughter was then handed a puppy training brochure we could enroll our puppy in. We haven’t been back since.

There's plenty of room for the dogs to play and the people working at Dogtopia are great with the dogs. The spa service it terrific as well.
