Everyone is very personable
I have been bringing my dog Bennett to this location for the last 7 years. However, our last visit left me very disappointed and concerned. Bennett was dropped off for day care and Spa services. Spa services were for bath, ear cleaning, teeth brushing and nails. Bennett nails were in need of trimming. I picked Bennett up after paying I was informed by the groomer that she did not have time to finish trimming Bennett's nails. I asked how many nails were trimmed? She said one paw. I told her that was unacceptable. She told me to go to the dollar store and pick up a nail trimmer to complete the nail trimming. No discount was offered or applogy. She retrieved Bennett, and I told her to take Bennett and complete the nail trimming. Another associate was made aware of the situation and went to assist the groomer.

Very attentive owners at the front desk. I love the live cam so I can check in throughout the day. The attendants seem to do a good job keeping the rooms clean. Overall, it is a very pleasant experience every time I go there.

I like the overall services and staff that works at the Midtown location. They have always treated our puppy with love, respect, and necessary attention that we feels like he needs. He is always tired and happy when we pick him up. The prices are fair for daycare, boarding, and grooming packages.
The care givers seem to have a passion for the dogs and their wellbeing.
Two staff members in each room. I’ve seen on the cameras that one staff member per 15+ dogs can become very overwhelming very quickly. It would be safer for both the dogs and the staff to have help.
I love that you were open on a holiday and i could drop my dog off for a couple of hours versus leaving him home for the day and feeling horrible.
When we return to Connecticut for the holidays, we will 100% use your team's services again, and we will also try the Long Island locations!

I like that the staff knows my pups and even before walking in the doors they know who you will be picking up. I like that I can see my pups during the day. I like that its fast for drop off and pick up. My pups love it there. I also like that the staff gives lots of pets to my biggie.
