Love the people that work there and the location. Everyone knows my dog and I appreciate the service I am a bit disappointed that there is no engagement with the dogs throughout the day or enrichment type activities. Most times when I check the webcam dogs are just laying around or not doing anything all day. I was hoping for a bit more engagement with my dog to keep him active with an activity or even just throwing a ball or toy. That would be my only complaint that I would like to see improved upon. More interaction, engagement or structured activities at some point in the day vs just free roam as most of the dogs rarely engage with each other and just lay around. Otherwise, I am happy with the service overall.
Personalized service and focus on Penelope's experience, especially since this is her first time at daycare.
As a stay at home sports parent, weekend times are what lack for me. Closing early on Saturday and then not being able to drop off on Sundays or holidays for a one day/night stay instead of a whole weekend.

Everything! My dog loved it at Dogtopia Temecula and the staff is exceptionally kind, caring and professional. I highly recommend taking your dog there. I use them for both Doggie Daycare and Boarding.
Punkin is excited to play with her FFs and I think the price is hard to pass up. It's fun to get report cards and see all the steps and exercise she gets.
They greet you and your pets with enthusiasm an d my puppies love staying.
We’ve had a wonderful experience with Dogtopia. The team takes great care of our dogs and always makes sure their needs are met. We really appreciate how attentive and caring they are, and it’s clear they treat every dog like their own. They’re also very accommodating with special requests, including feeding instructions and other personalized needs. It’s such a comfort knowing our dogs are in good hands, and we highly recommend them.
I like the nest web cam feature so I can see how my pup is doing when I'm at work. Also, the staff are super friendly and helpful!

From supporting my older pup through all his lovable antics to welcoming our new puppy with open arms, this team has truly become an extension of our family. Their care, coaching, enrichment activities, and attention helped our puppy transition so smoothly into both home life and daycare life with her big brother. We love the amenities, flexible hours, and all the thoughtful events that keep the pups happy, social, and well cared for. This place is beyond awesome!! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful and they treat your dog as if it was their own. I would recommend that anyone who needs daycare or boarding to definitely check them out. Love this place!!
