From the moment Rascal, our dog, walks into Dogtopia Ft. Myers, to the moment we pick him up, the staff lovingly takes care of him. He is greeted by devoted professionals in the field of dog caring and they truly understand dogs of all kinds. We really love how easy it is to access the web cams too and every time we see him on cam, Rascal is walking around, jumping onto the dog enrichment boxes or having fun with some of his furry friends. The spa treatment too is great-even though he hates water! At pick-up from boarding, the staff has even washed his blanket and bed that we brought in for him. Overall the staff is knowledgeable about dogs, they are trustworthy and they truly care about the wellbeing of not just Rascal, but all of the dogs that are in their care.

I love the staff, the facility and the love and care the fur babies are given. I feel very comfortable with leaving my dog in the care of Dogtopia . Highly recommend this place for any dog owner.
The staff is friendly, the facility is clean and the amenities are nice. The organization and record keeping could be improved. On multiple occasions, we made reservations in advance and they do not have on file when we arrived or have the details of the length of stay anywhere in the records even during he visit. On my last visit, I agreed with the front desk that I would pick up on 2:30 on Monday and when I arrived they had just started a bath for him and had to stop mid way through thus drove home with a we dog. On another occasion, I was called and asked to pick up my dog when our reservation had us there an extra day.

The staff is very warm and welcoming, it’s great having a camera to see the pups, and the smell of the lobby lets us know that it’s a clean facility.

The staff is very friendly and caring to all of the dogs. The place is very efficient, organized and clean. It is great to be able to watch the dogs and staff interacting on the WebCams. Dogtopia Greenberg is very accommodating to changes in schedules, which is very helpful with my job.
It's been great!! We have had our puppy there for about 7 months now. Very easy to use the app and when life gets busy, I'm able to call same day to schedule daycare. Also with starting a 2nd job my schedule has been crazy and I don't always pick up when I aim to. No worries, no stress, no guilt - as long as we pick up before closing.
I appreciate the additional services such as grooming that I can have done during his daycare stay. No need to call another company or make an additional stop elsewhere...very convenient!
The staff knows the dogs really well, who their besties are and help us with any issues that arise. Studies show that when children arrive at school, just greeting them and saying their name can make and/or improve their day exponentially! Well the staff always greets the dogs with a smile and their name! I'm sure it has the same affect!
Above all, our pup absolutely loves it there. All I have to do is say the word daycare and he gets so excited, does a whole body wag, and heads straight for the door to leave! Thanks to all the staff for giving our family pets a loving 2nd home that they can't wait to go to! You are what makes the difference in a company!

The entire staff is amazing and incredibly accommodating. My dog loves going there and is always greeted with smiles, which makes me feel great about leaving her there. So easy to schedule, drop off, and pick up. 5 stars across the board for Dogtopia of San Jose!

My dog seems happy when we arrive in the morning, she’s playing with other dogs throughout the day when I check the webcams, the employees are all friendly, know my dog’s name and she greets them.
All the staff make you feel like your dog is loved and cared for. They are all so friendly and listen if you have concerns. My dog starts wining when I pull into the parking lot because he is so excited to go to “ school” 🐶😘
