pricing especially for siblings; I've mentioned a few times that we are charged for 2 suites even though my dogs share one suite overnight. I want more transparency over offerings ie I would like to see proof (pictures) of my dogs at their furthest destination on their walks. If it is a service we are paying for, I'd like to see proof. Please get a groomer again. Why is it taking so long? I have said all of this to the manager before and hope none of this is new information for you. Given the state of the affordability, any sort of points for high value customers or benefits program that could be applied forward would be welcomed. We have been customers of your services for years and there is not a single additional bonus or benefit received. Now that there are additional local options, we are shopping for alternative care that is more accommodating.
I love the flexible hours, friendly staff, and the variety of events for the pups to attend.

The staff is extremely friendly and passionate about what they do. Every month they have such fun events for the dogs. I love all the pictures and crafts they do with the dogs. They really make a dogs day so much fun!

I asked if my dog ate during his over night stay. I was told yes on both times but that was t the case. I was very disappointed.

I just need to hear back from someone. Loved meeting your team in person and great time having my dog introduced to the pack. But something went wrong after I got on an automated test list. Dogtopia kept sending me invitations to meet by text. And then there was a mysterious $100 charge from Dogtopia.
I replied to each text from Dogtopia, pointing out that my dog already passed the meet and greet and asking about the $100 charge - but there was no response. Just more texts. Perhaps no one is checking for responses.
Easy to repair this - just send a text or email acknowledging that you have my dog’s info up to date and explaining any charges. Would love my dog staying there sometime - but we have not even gotten the chance.

I can't say enough great things about Dogtopia Frisco Preston! The entire staff is incredible, and they always make sure my boy Kobe is happy, safe, and well cared for. Special shoutout to Shawn and Dipa. They are truly the best! I've been to Dogtopia locations in Arizona, Michigan, and now Texas, and this location stands out as the absolute best. Five stars all the way!

I don’t think it’s anything you did. I think it may just be our dog. She is not excited about going to daycare once a week like we thought she would be. She may just not like all the barking that goes on. This is the reason I could only give a six for a recommendation just based upon the fact that not all dogs are comfortable in that kind of environment.

I took my niece's dog to the one in Sinking Spring Pa for the first time and was very pleased and will definitely go back. No vet or other grooming services was able to cut his nails. By the way he's an 88 lb lab. I really wish I knew the lady's name who groomed him because she did a wonderful job along with her assistant. Highly recommend!!
Convenient booking, drop-off and pick-up. Appreciate seeing my pup on webcam. Most important, the staff loves my pup and he always loves going to 'Topia.
Everyone is pleasant and helpful. I enjoy the flexibility of arrival and pickup times.
Skipper gets very excited about coming. It’s obvious he has a great time.
Allow for boarding pick up more often on Sunday's. Maybe 10am, 2pm & 6pm.
My pup loves going there and the staff there are always so sweet and I can tell how much they love and care for my pup.

Staff and manager were very helpful and friendly. They accommodated my need for a dog interview on Saturday in Plymouth. I appreciate it so much as I had a very tight travel schedule and needed to kennel my dog after traveling from Florida to Michigan. Great people at this location! I would recommend it 100%.
Management, let situations happen on her watch. Dog left in Pin, for hours, dog didn’t have a smooth transition.
This wasn’t her first time there but first time under new management.
I will use Dogtoppia again, just not this location.
Also dog’s a few large dogs were in with my small puppy.
I like that the staff already know my dogs. My pups are happy when I pick them up. The facility does not smell like dogs.
Let me just say there has been a lot of change since the business has been sold to a new owner.
Definitely the entrance has been redone and looks very nice. However, there has been a lot of turn over in staff. Workers that I used to know on a first name basis have left and I didn’t even realize they were leaving. This can be unsettling since I am unsure as to the why.
I will say that there have been some wonderful workers that I have introduced myself to - Renee has been amazing. And there three or four more that I would like to do shout outs for- but I don’t know there names.
