The location is great. I loved the daycare room and the fact there's an employee with the dogs all the time.
Super friendly! Very attentive to our dog, before and during his visit.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff. They go out of their way to care for the fur babies. My lab is excited to go every time. I also appreciate the support they provide to me as a parent. They never seem annoyed by questions and are happy to help. The owners and managers are top notch!
The people who work there and the cleanliness of the place
Very impressed with Dog-topia from the moment I walked in with my dog. Everything was explained. The place was very clean. The monitors in the reception area allowed viewing of all the dogs, who were having a lot of fun. The schedule was great and flexible. I highly recommend Dog-topia.

Lola, knows where we’re at when we pull up in front. The facility is clean and inviting. Never think twice about leaving her overnight.

It’s also nice to have her bathed and cut in the same place she goes to play👍
Excessive timeouts. Train staff to better observe and handle behavior that can reduce the amount and length of time the dog end up in crate in timeout. Timeouts don't help burn energy.
Friendly employees and dogs appear to be well taken care of.
We are absolutely impressed with Dogtopia! Everyone is so friendly and made us feel completely comfortable leaving our young pup in their care. Being able to watch the cameras from our phone gives us the ultimate peace of mind. We would highly recommend Dogtopia to any pet parent!
Jackie does a very good job when grooming our pups. We have been very happy with her.
I love the webcams so I can be reassured that my puppy is enjoying herself! I also love the flexibility.
Maple absolutely loves coming here! They take such great care of her and they always so thoughtful with their activities.
Maple recently had surgery but was clear for grooming and they made sure to be extremely gentle on her nose and apply nose balm on it for me. They are fantastic !
Staff is very friendly and I like that I can check in on the web cam.
I love that they all know his name when he walks in! He looks forward to going every week. I also love that everyone is so friendly. The cameras on the app are very comforting. 10/10!
