We’ve been taking our puppy to Dogtopia for about 4 months now, and she absolutely loves it. She goes 3 days a week and gets so excited when she realizes she’s going to daycare.
I’ll sometimes check the webcams during the day, and it’s honestly just nice seeing her running around and having fun. She always looks like she’s having the best time.
The staff has also been really great. Everyone is super friendly, and you can tell they genuinely love the dogs and enjoy what they do. That’s probably one of my favorite things about the place because I feel comfortable leaving her there knowing she’s being cared for by people who actually love dogs.
Overall, we’ve had a really good experience with Dogtopia and I’m glad we found a place she enjoys so much!

I Took My little Maltese Dog in to be Groomed. Washed and Brushed.
Naturally Maltese Dogs get Mats in their hair. For Years, another Groomer Brushed the matts out. OR Trimed her shorter so the Matts came out.
When I got my Dog , Tese back, they said they couldn't get ALL the Mats out.
SO What am I going to DO then? I would have to Cut them out myself. She needs to be Washed and Combed so, Who should I take her to?????
Or do you want me to Bring her in there in the Future?

My information had not been updated in the system. I had paid for a pass after my Meet and Greet and it didnt seem to be showing up.
The staff are well trained I dog behavior . They truly seem to know and love each dog . the staff is excellent in their communication with doggie parents and seem to love their jobs
They create warm and welcoming environment for all!
Moe Mentum loves going to doggie daycare - he is so happy going and is sad to leave - he has made some new friends and loves to play all day long - when he gets home he is exhausted and very snuggly !
His sister Lilly is going to try tomorrow and we hope she loves it as much as Moe does!

It's so easy to be in touch with Dogtopia about reservations, our account, etc. and they have great insight into our dog's time with them during daycare. We love how kind the Dogtopia team is for all the pups in their care. Our dogs are always excited to go to daycare & that means the world to us - how great to have our dog look forward to being away from us when we can't spend the day with them! We know they're safe and having a blast.
We brought our first dog to Dogtopia every week for years & lost him suddenly to illness earlier this year. I would like to commend and thank the Dogtopia team at historic Phoenix for showing us nothing but empathy and kindness during that difficult time and in the months following. It was bittersweet but joyful to bring our newest rescue dog to his meet & greet - we knew he was in great hands and it's been wonderful to watch him start getting more comfortable and even starting to play.
The location is convenient and was able to get a boarding appointment when we went on vacation.
Furthermore, the staff takes good care of Benny and makes sure he’s safe.

Dogtopia has been great with my busy work schedule. They take very good care of my fur baby and she always seems happy when I drop her off in the morning (wagging her tail at the coaches when she walks in) and pick her up in the evening. The coaches are attentive and give her treats. Luna has been a Dogtopia pup since she was 10 weeks old and now she is over 1 years old. Thank you Dogtopia!!!
This is the only doggy day care my 2 dogs have ever enjoyed going to! The staff is attentive and the ability to see my dogs playing with the in facility cameras gives me a lot of peace of mind.
The staff are amazing. The front of house are always so nice and pleasant and my pup loves them. I haven't met too many of the coaches but Sage absolutely loves it there. She needs a nap as soon as she leaves because she plays all day. Plus according to the notes I have been given she has become more comfortable with baths and nail trims. Thank you!

I was quoted $50 over the phone for my dogs bath and dried. But I was charged $60 and the reception ist said she would fix it and send me a receipt on my card . However, I haven’t seen a credit. Also, I was charged $10 for clipping in between my dogs toes but she said she couldn’t do it bc he didn’t hold still. I know it isn’t much money but my card should be credited. The receptionist said her computer wasn’t working correctly.
