Very friendly service, and I feel like they take great care of my dog. Facility always looks clean.
The HUMANS!! THIS OPERATION IS FIRST CLASS ALL THE WAY! First of all, everyone loves dogs- you can’t fake this. Secondly, the staff keeps up with pet vaccines and all dogs are current with their vaccines at all times. DogTopia offers professional grooming and we have Rosie on a standing appointment, which keeps her nice & clean for the house and the country. Last, but certainly not least, the facility is clean and it’s FUN for Rosie to see friends. We have to spell “DogTopia,” because Rosie will run to the car to go play!

Staff is caring and helpful! My puppy is happy to go and spend time at Dogtopia. Her ears perk up and her tail wags each morning we tell her she is going. She recognizes staff and dog names and is genuinely excited to be part of the pack!

The webcam wasn’t on for her complimentary visit so I picked he up earlier than I had planned
Also, I was not aware that nap time means that aok dogs are putting in crates for two hours. That should’ve been explained in the orientation.
Takes great care of our dog and they put importance on making sure they have the right dogs boarding with them to reduce conflict or issues. One thing I’d like to note is that two times now we have scheduled a bath on the day we pick our dog up from boarding and we find out that the bath hasn’t been done. I’d like to make sure when it’s requested the day we make the appointment that it is documented and followed through on.
I love the staff and how well they get to know the dogs and work with them. Site is clean and well maintained. Owner, managers, team leads, and canine coaches are friendly and will go out of their way to accomadate differences in each dog and their loving pet parent.

I feel that an outdoor fenced space that gives dogs an alternative space to use throughout the day would be ideal. It would allow the dog to get some fresh air, as well as give them the opportunity to use the potty outside. OR alternatively, I feel that a group walk would also be beneficial (instead of making it as an additional charge), where a staff can take a large group of dogs out for a quick walk to give them some fresh air. I feel that the dogs need a bit more stimulation than just wandering around one room for a whole day.

I love everyone that works here and my boys love their daycare days. I only wish that you offered 1/2 days so I could bring the boys more than once a week.
I never received any feedback about my pets stay. She had diarrhea when she came home ( she was fine when I dropped her off). I also haven’t received a detailed receipt. I also replied yes to the Easter photo and didn’t receive that.
Dogtopia has everything that a dog owner would want.
Pearl loves to go and play with other dogs and then get a nice bath and pampered. They take very good care of my pearl and I feel she is safe. Everyone is very friendly and always communicates what pearl needs or what she has done at daycare. They have great activities and they take pictures all the time. We love it there.

I like the staff and the way the dogs are managed and treated at Dogtopia. The app is horrible, though; never works at all. Just a big orange screen, very frustrating.
