Every employee has been wonderful with my dog and me! Fun activities and treats during daycare.

Not only keeping and eye on the dogs they not differences in their apppearance, such as my dog developed a small round change onn his lip. They asked that I have him looked by a vet to make certain it was not a communicable blister. They asked that I not being hime back until the vet certified he was healthy. Although a bit of an inconvenience, Ii was please to now they were there to care and protect all animals.
My dog Cody looks forward to his play days there.
The staff was always excited to see my puppy. Loved getting report cards and pictures. And, loved being able to watch via the webcams.
Ruby always seems to like to go there, running in instead of away. Always a good sign. And the workers are very friendly. Also nice to be able to watch Ruby on the cameras.
Put small dogs and big dogs in the same room just divided by a barrier. My small dog is scared of big dogs and barked the entire 6-night stay. She came home with no voice.
She also came home with very bad matting and redness on the skin around her anal area, which makes me wonder whether they had to cut her hair/shave her at some point.
Very easy to get a spot for my dog. The staff is very nice and accommodating to our schedule. They take very good care of our dog Charlie and he enjoys going to camp.
The staff is great; enthusiastic about the animals in their care and your pet is well cared for when you can’t be with them.
Staff is friendly, my dog loves it there. After a bath she’s super soft and lovely.

Oh wow, my pup loves it here! He can’t wait to go & comes home exhausted. The employees could not be sweeter. So loving & caring with the pups & the pup parents. I’m very impressed with Dogtopia & would highly recommend it to any pup parents.
Grooming is spectacular !
New customer and would like a little feedback on how my dog did at daycare so I know if he is enjoying himself and interacting with other dogs or just following the human around, since the 2 times that I checked on him over the camera, he was just follwong the human around.
I love the convenience and easy drop off.

Friendly, my dog gets excited when he sees the car harness - it’s almost always off to Dogtopia- and the staff really likes dogs.
I dropped my dog off for the grooming at 10am. They said 2-3 hours. I didn't get a call by 1 so went in about 2 and found that they put her in a kennel and forgot about her. The said another 1-2 hours. When I went back, she was still wet and still had soap on her. They offered $15 off on a $125 grooming and I had to find another groomer to finish the job. Not only will I not go back. I will actively tell others to avoid dogtopiafor any services.
We love Dogtopia so much. It’s such a friendly environment. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. We love all the activities the pups get to do. Love. How each and everyone is so caring and knows your dog very well. It’s a very clean environment. Very Homie. Pretzel loves coming to school to play with her friends!!!

I feel like pricing is getting too high. I would love to bring my dog more often but I can’t afford to. It would also be great if the monthly activity schedule was added to the app for each location. I often bring my dog when specific activities are going on but I don’t always know when those are as the calendar also isn’t adding to social media on a regular basis.

Ashley the manager is both personable, honest and efficient. When they were understaffed due to sickness she advised me upfront at drop off as they seemed harried juggling front desk and dogs. I appreciated this and later called to offer to get Winston if they were struggling. They advised that it was all in hand. I couldn’t see him on camera and the tech answering directed me to the correct cam ( we have only been members for a week and my dog lost his companion last week). As my dog is not eating, Ashley offered to try him on Farmers dog so I wouldn’t have the full cost of ordering before we could see if he would eat it. (Which he would not.) They know who he is at Dropoff after only 2 visits and he is happy to go in without me.
There was tape on my dogs blanket. If I dont triple check things always get left behind. I always have to double check my discount. I don't like that the overnight stay form isn't electronic.
