I loved your facility and location, but all 3 dogs wreaked of urine odor when I picked them up,
Also, the waiting area is small, and the dogs have little outdoor areas.

Wish that the dogs were allowed outside to go to the bathroom , or have dogs take turns going out on small walks . I know this might be a liability issue though.

Benny had his meet & greet. The staff was very caring, kind and patient with our puppy. They put him in a play group with similar size dogs to make him feel comfortable. He had a wonderful experience and went home very happy.
He passed the meet & greet. Therefore, we’ve decided to use your boarding service for Benny while we’re on vacation.

Everyone is very friendly. My dog loves daycare seeing all of his friends; two and four legged. I like the fundraisers and the great cause they benefit.
The staff is so personable and definitely take the best care of our boys! They text us with any concerns or just cute photos of how they are doing with their “friends” during their stay! 100% recommend Dogtopia!!

Everything friendly excellent services
I used to think well of Dogtopia but I am very upset. My dog has a severe case of kennel cough that she got from boarding for a long weekend. When I called to report it so that the staff could let other owners know and keep an eye out I was told that they had had a couple of cases already that month, the most recent being diagnosed less than a week before my dog started boarding, which is well within the incubation period for other dogs who may have been exposed but still attending daycare/boarding. This is completely unacceptable. If I had known I never would have let her board there. It didn’t sound like the staff had any intention of doing anything differently now either.
Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly and trustworthy. Place is kept nicely and can tell the dogs are very well taken care of!
