Everything friendly excellent services
I used to think well of Dogtopia but I am very upset. My dog has a severe case of kennel cough that she got from boarding for a long weekend. When I called to report it so that the staff could let other owners know and keep an eye out I was told that they had had a couple of cases already that month, the most recent being diagnosed less than a week before my dog started boarding, which is well within the incubation period for other dogs who may have been exposed but still attending daycare/boarding. This is completely unacceptable. If I had known I never would have let her board there. It didn’t sound like the staff had any intention of doing anything differently now either.
Great staff that genuinely seem to care for the animals.
The staff is incredibly friendly, professional and dedicated to providing fun and safe experiences for your pup. The facilities are also well taken care of and we love that they also provide onsite grooming!

I’m not sure if there is much one can do about this, but my dog always smells SO BAD when I pick her up. It goes away after a day or two, but dang. It’s stinky. Other than that she seems to have fun and be treated well. Thanks!
staff friendly buy way too focused on getting people in the door. I was not asked anything about my pet before a meet and greet other than the standard requirements. I was not asked if my puppy was intact, which he is, if he was allergic to anything, etc. The cameras did not work and I have no idea what happened while I was away. I asked for a puppy spa package and requested that he be done by a certain time. When he came running to me it was obvious that he had not been groomed, and when I requested my bill, it was not even mentioned. The kids there are nice enough, but the fact that they have pets that stay overnight with no one on the premises, which I did not learn until after the fact, blows my mind. my puppy has also come down with Kennel Cough. I will try another location but would steer clear of this one unless you don't care about your pet.

I have a bulldog that suffered getting to dog topia in the heat AC wasn't good enough just for them to tell shots expired but he had all his shots on Aug eight she has it mixed up with my jango and Brando . So rude to wait till I arrive and to treat us like strangers he's so upset and they didn't acknowledge his bday .

My puppy loves it here! They are so caring and loving. They create a clean safe place for all the doggies that attend doggy daycare and boarding. They are always ready to answer any questions you have. Best place for you doggy to stay!
I was dismayed being charged $25 simply so your facility can test the temperament of my dog. Why don't you apply that as a credit to a future stay or in my case I had plans to board my dog there for north of 12 days. Is it worth losing $800 over a measly 25?
