I like that my dog gets to socialize with other dogs. I do wish there were more objects for them to climb, run through, toys to play with, etc…
Wish dogs had more fun time… outside walks would be a welcomed option. I do not see much human touch or talking.
Tracking my account is not possible which means I have to check a lot.
Front Office staff at WaterFront not as welcoming as the Staff at Holladay in Utah. Often when I ask how they are, the answers are not positive. (Alexis is helpful though!)
But my dogs do love going and they are safe. Am grateful for the option.
The people that work at DT. Everyone is professional and they love my dogs no matter how hyper or anxious they can be.

There are no words to describe how important Dogtopia Alamo Heights is to me and my family. I have a sense of peace and confident that my Animal, which is like one of my children, is safe and cared for while she is there.
Not only do they keep your pets safe, but they work very hard to provide additional training and support to your animal while they are with them.
The process of membership makes it so simple and I love the fact that you can tailor each week on how often you want your dog to go. There is also a bonus to boarding when you choose the unlimited plan for the week and that is always nice to be able to plan any getaway trips.
I love everything about Dogtopia. All the people that work there are friendly and nice and most importantly my dog LOVES goinging to daycare which means when I have to travel I don't stress about leaving Bucky behind!
Very accommodating, friendly staff. Frankie absolutely loves it there.
My dog was covered in dried up pee on his legs and butt. He had to have been sitting in it for hours. He was not given his medicine. Makes me wonder what sort of care was provided.
Do not plan to return ever again. Debating about telling the person recommending the place about how Henry was treated and his condition when we picked him up.
Never experienced this at the kennel he has gone to previously.
My family has been going to Dogtopia for a little under 2 years now and we have always had a great experience- whether it was for daycare or overnight stays. The staff has always been so friendly and accomodating. I would recommend this location to anyone!
There are always smiling faces when we enter the building, the staff is always happy and seem to enjoy being there and enjoy what they are doing. They know the names of the dogs and also greet them and say goodbye when we leave. It makes me happy knowing that our dog is being treated with respect and is getting some love, and of course is getting exercise throughout the day and is happy when we pick her up. It great to be able to take a quick pick at what our dog is doing with the web cams. Thank you to all for keeping our baby safe & happy!
Great drop off and pick up process. I love being able to peek into the cameras once in awhile to put my mind at ease that my dog is happy/healthy. I will no longer miss groomings/nail trims now that there is a groomer at daycare. I also really appreciate the love and kindness the staff shows to all of the dogs. Dogtopia in Pewaukee is my dog's new home away from home.

My dog picked up a parasite from there. She was tested right before we started and after two weeks had giardia. I watched the cleaning technique and nothing looked sanitized.
We are so sorry to hear that your dog, Mabel, has not been well. I would like to reassure you that we take pride in cleanliness at Dogtopia of Tysons Corner. We deep clean all of our playrooms three times per day, and then we do a complete deep clean at night. We are dedicated to the safety and health of our canine friends, and we are deeply committed to upholding the highest standards for their care, including sanitation.
