Dependable, very clean,super friendly and knowledgeable staff. My pup seems very happy when she goes there and pulls to get in the door. They have an amazing schedule of special events. I don’t need to worry that my pup is safe of enjoying herself when she isn’t with us.
Everyone is very friendly and knowledgeable! I also like the vetting process for new dogs, it makes me feel confident that my dog is safe and well cared for
The person in with my dog always pets her and gives her some attention. Front desk people are always friendly. But sometimes it smells pretty bad of dog poop.

Amazing environment for dogs to socialize and interact with each other during daycare and boarding instead of being cooped up in a crate the whole day. Wonderful staff who went above and beyond providing information and ensuring my dog was happy
The space in the facility for small dogs seemed very small compared to the space allocated for medium and large dogs. Since my dog is a small dog, I am considering a facility with more space for small dogs. Overall I liked Dogtopia and may bring our pup there from time to time, but feel like my dog might have more enrichment in a larger space to play. Thanks!
My dog was placed in the wrong and left with the larger dogs. He was frightened and we were nervous also. This only happened once but we are hesitant to bring him back. Prior experiences were all positive.

Excellent job to car of my dog. It was pretty dirty and mad it up. And she got them all cleaned up, Hes an old guy thirteen, so he needed special attention very pleased.

Communicate, I had no idea that you wanted $20 cash at the end of the dog evaluation. I have been to at least 10 different dog daycares due to my work travel and I have never been asked for money, none charge for it. I have not brought him back because what other charges might you suddenly tell me?

Great service..my dog loves going to daycare at dogtopia. The webcams are great to check in from time to time.
The woman that assisted me was very kind and sweet to my dog. She payed special attention to him and he’s hyper and she waited patiently for my dog to settle so she could ask her next questions for the meet and greet. He was hyper over and over again and she still continued to smile and wait.
Love the specials, the flexibility, the location, cleanliness.

What’s not to like
Did not feel my dogs enjoyed the process not the constant meeting with other dogs for hours on end. The equipment was placed there with no real thought for the dogs to actually participate, more like color in a gray area. Too much money for everything, no discount for 2nd dog.
Dogtopia is well-run. From text messages of daily reminders to the check in/out process. I love the video watching capability. But most of all, my dog seems to be very happy there.
