The people, cleanliness of facility. The fact that if they see an issue with my pup, they will bring it to my attention.
Cheerful, friendly staff! We’re able to receive daycare, boarding, and spa services all in one place. Our pup is always happy (and tired!!) when we pick him up. Making reservations is easy with their app. We’re very happy with everything here!
I like that all the employees seem genuinely to see Ace and know him by name.
I like that Ace gets excited when we pull into your driveway!
Charlie looked wonderful after his bath yesterday- and we will continue to use your spa! We were already aware that Charlie loves to come and play with his friends.
When my dog boarded in November, it was $55 a night. Now it is $75 a night. $20 increase is a huge price increase at once. I just boarded last weekend and was not aware of the price increase, until I was shocked by the total for the 3 night stay. It would have been nice to be informed verbally that there has been a price increase since the last time I boarded. I plan to research to see if there are other reputable dog boarding places for less than $75 per night.
Our pooch loves coming here regularly but sometimes the constant upsells are over the top. Seems like I’m getting hit up every day for something which is annoying

Dogtopia always takes great care of my pup! They are easy to book with, but it is hard to get someone on the phone sometimes. Aside from that, the staff is very friendly and great to work with.

All the staff members working here are very caring and loving. They pay attention to all the dogs in their care. I love the fact that I can watch Junior playing with other dogs and staff members all day though their live webcam. Junior is a very shy dog and takes his time to trust anyone but looking at his excitement for going to Dogtopia truly shows the effort they put in for all dogs. Their staff is very friendly and welcoming for all the pet parents as well. Junior loves Dogtopia!
My dog came home soaked in dog urine the other day.

Sunny always has a great time there and everyone seems to love her. The place always looks clean, and they seem to take great care of the dogs.
Everyone was so friendly and treated Max like family. I was looking to re-home Max. They helped me with that and now Max is in a loving family who can give him all the love and affection he needs.
Constant monitoring and obvious care for dogs
Dogtopia Alamo Heights is my pups new daycare. The facility is spotless clean and well attended by trained handlers. They go above and beyond to watch over each play area. Also I love the cameras that provide remote viewing of the dogs at play. Their fees are very fair. I will definitely recommend this facility to others.

The staff is amazing and they communicate everything you need to know. The ease of signing up my pup for daycare, boarding, and spa services on the app is great. I love being able to check in on my pup throughout the day on the webcams and the constant events are amazing. The photo events are my favorite. The staff really makes the place. I recommend Dogtopia of Easton to everyone who has dogs.
The staff is so nice to my Teddy. He is a handful and the staff does not seem to mind it! I have recommended this location of Dogtopia to family and friends.

Our family LOVES the Town and Country Dogtopia location! Our Great Danes Scout and Salem always have so much fun while they are there. The boarding accommodations and spa services are wonderful. Every time we drop them off, everyone is so excited to see them and treats them like their own pets. We highly recommend Dogtopia!
It’s very convenient and I can call the same day and we are accommodated. I love the genuine care the staff gives to the doggies! Makes me feel comfortable leaving my pup there!
