They treat your pup like part of the family! At drop off she runs to them and is excited to go play with her friends. They offer special events and/or treats. They make the separation a FUN experience for the doggies! <3

I think your assessment process is very good. I look in the cams sometimes and I can see how happy they all look and how generally well they all seem to do. My dog was new to this kind of thing and while he was anxious at first, after a few months now when I check up on him I see he's way more playful and relaxed. I also really like the little specials you do. Grooming specials will remind me to have him groomed regularly, which is something I intend to do regularly for him but it just kind of slips by me. The people who work there are great too!

My beagle LOVES being there. He loves the people. He gets lots of exercise. He plays with other dogs his side.
The friendliness of your staff and how they treat my two doggies. They also are able to tell me about how my doggies were that day. I had a couple questions when I saw that gypsy was in a crate just a couple of times. I was afraid she might’ve been showing bad behavior, but they were able to explain to me that she actually was getting a little nervous and they put her in her safe spot so that made me feel better. I also know that her sister needs to come with her going forward versus letting gypsy come up there by herself wonderful feedback.
The staff members were very helpful and took time to explain how they could care for my small rescue dog. They also provided referral to a local groomer (I’m relatively new to Rocklin) and a local trainer.
Stop charging for 1/2 day of daycare
I dropped off on Saturday because you stopped doing Sunday drop offs.
I dropped off at 10 AM. Pick my dog up at 1:37 PM… Got charged for a half day daycare.
Plus, I don’t know if my dog wasn’t eating or someone forgot to feed them because I had extra bags of dog food when it was perfectly matched to what she eats each day
Zippy is well taken care of at dogtopia . Very nice staff, reliable, timely and great service services. I highly recommend them.

It is such a relief to go out of town knowing my dog is in safe, reliable, and caring hands. He gets so excited to go to “school” that I can’t even say the word until we are near the car ready to leave. Otherwise, he barks and runs around like an impatient maniac with excitement. I have such a sense of peace of mind that he is happy and having fun thanks to the webcam. The staff are so friendly and truly love every dog that is there and it shows. We love Dogtopia!
I don’t like how the policy has changed, what’s not broken, don’t fix it. Everyone seems to want to do a membership these days and when it comes to one’s pet, in this economy? I encourage you to look at the bigger picture and your clients.

All the staff is very friendly! The groomer remembers our dog and is very gentle with her. She always comes home from Dogtopia with a great haircut.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Blue was tired when he went home. If he could have closed his cage and laid down he would have. He only made it to the livingroom floor. In my eyes they did an amazing job. Everyday staff are smiling, laughing, and doing a fantastic job with the dogs and guest. They are caring, great customer service, take time with you and the fur baby's, very respectful, and very professional. I want to say thank you for watching my Big Baby Blue, I know that he loves it. Amazing job keep it up everyone deserves a big money bonus or an increase. Its hard to find places that understand that love we have for our fur babies. I loved the ease of being able to schedule daycare either through the app in advance, or through a phone call on the day of. The front desk staff was always so kind and approachable, you can tell everyone loves their job and the doggies that come through their doors. Last but not least, the webcams are a big plus! I loved being able to watch my dog get up to fun and play and know he is safe and secure at Dogtopia!
