The staff at Dogtopia LOVE MY DOG! I know he is well cared for and is always excited to spend time with his human friends and fur friends! My dog is normally timid around people so it’s good to know he trusts all the lovely employees!
Staff are wonderful!
It’s so convenient to have other services offered when I take my dog for daycare. He’s so comfortable with all the staff and they have so many fun activities for the dogs and I know he’s in good hands every time I leave him for daycare or boarding.
Our dog loves going to Dogtopia, he comes home tired after a fun day of play. The attendants take good care of all the dogs.

My pup can’t wait to get to Dogtopia she practically walks across my back to get out of the car!! I know she is loved. The staff takes exceptional care of our pup, and the attention to detail is noticeable. It’s a clean, safe, and nurturing environment where I know she is treated like family.

The staff have been wonderful with my two dogs! They have gotten to know their quirks and different personalities and play styles. I am especially grateful that last year,when both dogs were having health issues, I could count on the carers to report any changes to me, as well as help me with the many different dietary changes they had going on. They have been absolutely superb!

The staff is very friendly and Theo loves to go to daycare. The spa does an wonderful job on Theo's very curly coat. Theo received wonderful care while he was boarded there. Very attentive and caring staff. I would recommend Dogtopia Orovalley to anyone who wants the baby to have an amazing time playing with others.
My dog is very happy there. However, the communication between the office and pet owners should be more promptly. I sent my dog to the place at 715am and at 1015, i check on the webcam and find out that she is not allowed to play because the vaccine is not up date. First of all, i send the update document on March 18th. ( the test message is still on my phone). Secondly, if they find out , they should notify me right away so i can provide the paper again. Instead, they leave my dog by herself for three hrs until i figured out. That is very upsetting. I hope the office can improve the communications.
The facility is lovely and the webcam service is really nice. The people that work here make this place <3. Cherry, the owner is so sweet and has been soooo helpful.
Kalani absolutely loves coming to Dogtopia, and that says more than I ever could. She can’t wait to get inside, and it’s obvious the team cares about every dog. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and attentive, and I appreciate the peace of mind knowing she’s in such good hands. Thank you for making daycare one of her favorite places.
Where do I start? Everyone at Dogtopia Upland has been so nice and caring! We have 2 dogs that come to play once a week and they love it!! The minute we pull into the parking lot, they start barking and telling me to hurry up! I love watching them on the video cameras and I always see your team members interacting with all the dogs there. We did training with Junior and he is so patient and knowledgeable. What an asset to your community! We have done play days, we have done training and we have done overnights. I am so comfortable with leaving our girls in their care. Thank you Dogtopia Upland for loving our girls and taking such good care of them!!
