I love all the different event days that change each week and month. Going home with paw print art is really special!
And my previously shy puppy absolutely loves going there, so the staff must be doing a great job separating the groups by comfort level and play-style.

The staff is awesome. My dog enjoy coming everyday and has his favorites staff....all of them. He starts barking way before we arrive, letting me know "mom they are waiting for me"

Absolutely love Dogtopia! The team takes such amazing care of my dog, Lady. Everyone is incredibly sweet, attentive, and genuinely cares about the dogs like they’re their own. They’re always so accommodating with scheduling and any special requests, which makes everything stress-free for me. I can tell Lady is happy and well cared for every time she’s there. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy and loving place for their pup!

The staff/employees are very kind, prompt and seem to really enjoy their work. As a business owner that's a great asset and important with "first impressions".My dog Jackson a German Shepherd actually enjoys going. I was apprehensive at first since he's very protective when he is with me, but he's nice to everyone and they are nice to him. Makes my heart smile. Your service rates; grooming etc. are a good price. The activities and special Events keep it interesting as well. I appreciate the great service with a smile!
You can just tell dogs are their top priority - even my skittish dog is happy with their loving grooming services.
Love the people that work at Chester Springs. They provide excellent care for my dog and I feel confident that he is well taken care of when he is with them. The staff are always friendly and welcoming at drop off or pick up.
I like Hazel being able to socialize and make puppy friends.
I also like that she can run around and burn her energy out.
The third thing is how wonderful the staff is.
We felt our pup was safe and well taken care of.
We appreciate that we are able to drop off dry and/or wet food, and that we can also bring in his bed so he’s more comfortable with the scent.
The only thing I felt could be improved is the camera feed. The camera lagged consistently when checking in on our pup.
Any notes on the visit would also be appreciated when we’re far away, or some sort of quick update, provided the app allows for this. Again this is not necessary but I know many would appreciate it.

The staff is awesome. When I drop my dogs off for daycare, the run to the staff members for morning hugs.
From making appointments, drop offs and pick ups, the Sandy Sorings crew makes everything seamless, enjoyable and most importantly, give us peace-of-mind that our little guy will not just be taken care of, but will be loved!
My pup (Cooper Last name removed)’s food has been mixed up a lot (we’ve wrote time to feed on his food and communicated with the team). This is very concerning because his allergy medicine is mixed in with his food. He gets his medicine in the morning and evening and needs to have a sufficient amount of time between each dose. He is also super stinky when he leaves Dogtopia compared to his last daycare. We love Dogtopia for the hours flexibility that is offered and would love to stay here for that reason, but my hand will be forced to switch daycares if the feeding issue and the stinky issue persist. If there are any resolutions you can share, that would be greatly appreciated. On a positive note, there is one handler who prioritizes obedience with the pups at pickup/droppoff… she is phenomenal!!! We love her for the fact she makes the pup sit and stay before she opens the door. Helps keep him behaving well and listening to his usual commands at home!!
