Communicate with me when my dog is put in "time out" please so that I may have the opportunity to bring him home if it's just a bad day for him.
Especially when he is crated multiple times.
Additionally, workers need to have a tangible method of monitoring the amount of time a dog spends in a crate. If the policy is 15 minutes, how are workers gauging this time frame? There have been occasions where my dog's crated time has far exceeded the 15 minute policy.
The caring, thoughtful people who work and take care of our little friends. Also, all the amenities they offer, including bathing of dogs.

Faster drop off and pick up. I end up waiting at least 5 minutes more times than not, which is long for dog daycare.
Policy/Requirements are not posted in store or website/app. There are mandatory requirements with additional fees attached that are not disclosed till much later. Feel prereotory.
We love the quality of care our dogs receive at daycare. They are so happy and have lots of doggie friends. The staff is wonderful and very caring. We love the webcam that we can check in during the day.
My only disappointment is that for Daisy's one night stay, we included a bedtime treat and a nap treat (we picked her up after 2pm) and neither treat was given to her. We included the treat in the instructions and each was in a labeled baggie with her name and the time of day to give it. I did not call or email because I figured at least her two meals (dinner and breakfast) were given to her. I'm not sure how this could have been so easily missed 2 times in just over 24 hours.
