Clean facility friendly staff
Everyone was very friendly, the facility seems very well run and we will definitely trust our dog with them!

This location is brand new. Clean and tidy, and they have a nice organized system in place.
I have a bit of a shy dog, who doesn't play much, but he enjoys him time there observing the other dogs, and getting lots of TLC from the staff through the day.

I love everything about Dogtopia! My dog loves going there to play with his friends. The open play concept is great for him and getting his energy out. He always comes home happy and tired.
The staff at Dogtopia is amazing and very friendly. They are always genuinely happy to see the dogs. I had a concern regarding my dogās health history and the owner took the time to call me while he was away on vacation. I canāt say enough good things about the level of care they have shown.
The webcams are great and I enjoy being able to watch him play and have fun during the day.
I like that they offer special treat options throughout the week. My favorite part is when they have picture day or post pictures of the activities. They always turn out so cute!
I wouldnāt take our boy anywhere else and always trust heās in good hands.

We have sent our dog to Dogtopia Eastside since he was a puppy, now almost five years! The facility is incredibly clean and the staff is well- trained. As soon as we pull into the parking lot my dog is beaming with excitement. I spent a significant amount of time researching all of the city daycares before choosing Dogtopia for our pup. I will confidently tell anyone who wants to listen that this is the best place in the city to send your dog to daycare. The new ownership is making so many amazing improvements. Photo shoots, pool days, movie time, obstacle courses- just a few of the fun things they do to make sure each dog is enriched and living their best life. I have recommended Dogtopia Eastside to all of my friends, and they are always impressed and grateful to have found such a great place to send their pup! The price is very reasonable for the quality of care your dog is receiving. I truly cannot say enough great things about this place!
They are very accommodating.
The convenience, the caring people there and the fun our dog has. It has even helped her at home to have dogtopia to look forward to.
I understand that not all dogs are a good fit at every daycare.
In our particular situation, here is what I noticed:
- my dog was shy and scared when we came in (tail between his legs and hiding behind me.) TWICE a worker approached him to engage in a way that anyone with dog knowledge should know not to - WAY too much
- once in the open space in front of your facility, he started by hiding under a table but within a few minutes was sniffing and exploring the arena
- then he was (to my and his surprise) whisked away... where he eventually (apparently almost immediately) reacted including to the dog "coach"
The following day, he had an assessment at one of your competitors. They let him acclimate for an hour while I was there and then kept him the whole day. He behaved well and will be participating there. I'm sorry things did not work out. I think your staff is very sweet, but might benefit from some additional dog handling training.

We like the friendly, easy, and safe environment Dogtopia provides. Reina always comes home happy.
The cameras didnāt work so I didnāt even know if my dog was playing. Daycare is expensive and above other places (eg camp bow wow). They donāt have more reasonable packages of days or half days like other places you have to by weekly pass so if you only plan on using daycare periodically itās so not worth it. And the place smells sooo bad. I know that comes with the territory a little but my dog smelt so bad coming home I had to roll down the windows to keep from throwing up. Heās been to doggie daycare somewhere else a lot and never smelled so bad.
I would never board here because theyāre in small crates with no playtime on Sundays.

The staff is always so excited to see Bebe! They are super friendly and Bebe is always excited to be there! When we schedule a bath for her they always do a great job. Highly recommend Dogtopia!
Staff is friendly, knowledgeable & obviously love dogs. My dog was treated very well, she was very timid at first, but now loves going to daycare. I know she's in good hands there & having a good time.
