My dog loves going to play with her friends at Dogtopia! I have watched her on the camera and she never stops. The staff are always kind and loving towards all the dogs.

Dogtopia of Roanoke has very nice people, but the most important thing is that my dog has been there over a dozen times and has been treated well and without issues. Of course you can’t control dogs and things will happen but I have watched the videos as well and see caring, focused attention on the animals.
I like it only thing I would change is the size for the small dog area. Seem to have a small section cut off with a gate and it would be nice to have room so they can actually run around.
Everyone is always helpful, and kind to my dog!:)

Was quoted $40 a night for first time but my total charge was $175. A receipt or invoice might clear this up. Also they lost dog bone.
Not the end of the world …. But shouldn’t it have been in his create. Other that that staff is great!!!!

I had an emergency tonight and needed to board my dog with no notice. I was helped by Sofia immediately and felt safe and comfortable leaving him. Very grateful!
Cooper loves going to Dogtopia day program...The staff is wonderful!! They really go out of their way to accommodate any special needs. We actually keep his dry skin shampoo there and he gets a bath about twice a month.. He's been going two days a week..Can't say enough good things about them.
The staff is very welcoming when you bring your dog in for the day. They greet you with a smile. The fun and creative events that they do for the dogs bring such a smile to all the faces. I am so happy that Dunkin is even excited to go there!
I feel very comfortable, leaving my little puppy dog with them.

I had been sending my dog, Alika, for a few months with 2 day/week enrollment but due to some financial problems a couple of months ago I decided to withdraw him. My dog also suffers from some moderate anxiety. About a month and a half after Alikas last visit with dogtopia, I received a call from them and the employees shared how much they missed seeing Alika and offered me a complimentary daycare day. That phone call really showed that they see my dog and care about him and its not “just another dog” to them. Additionally the next day after my dog attended daycare, they called me to ask how his anxiety was since he hasnt gone in awhile and they remembered he previously needed some anxiety medication to handle daycare. Those phone calls show me how much they care about Alika and make me excited to start sending him back once Im in a better financial spot. Additionally they offer spa services and Alika always comes out looking and smelling so fresh. He has a ton of fur but they do an amazing job with him, and almost always give him a cute bandana. Im so grateful for the time and patience dogtopia has given Alika and me.
We scheduled the drop off for 7:30 pm on Saturday evening. When we arrived the lovely young lady putting the dogs to sleep in their crates seemed very surprised and unaware of our scheduled drop off. We did not recieve further instructions and did not have access to the Webcams all through Jabbas stay at Dogtopia. I left a voicemail and tried calling three times with no answer throughout the day on Sunday. When I picked him up on Monday morning at 8 AM as previously scheduled, Jabba seemed happy but his bed and blanket were full of pee and I am concerned he had been sleeping on a pee filled bed all weekend. He smelled of pee and needed a bath as soon as we got home. About 2 hours after we picked him up we recieved a call to follow up on the voicemail left the day before.
Staff are friendly and truly care about the health, safety and happiness of my dog. They welcome him when he arrives and provide feedback on his daily activities when I pick him up.
