I have been extremely impressed with the care and dedication that everyone at Dogtopia North Portland has demonstrated for my dog, Bruno. I know that Bruno will always be in a safe environment whenever he is there.

Everything! The staff, the cleanliness, the love and celebration of the dogs! We use for daycare, short/term and long-term boarding. They are the best.
I’ve used Dogtopia for a while, but unfortunately I’ve become increasingly disappointed with the overall customer service and administrative side of the experience.
Pickup often takes much longer than it should, and I’ve had recent billing issues, including my credit card being charged the wrong amount even after multiple requests to have it corrected. More than anything, though, the overall friendliness and warmth seem to be gone. The front desk experience feels very impersonal, and there have been several times when I’ve walked in and was barely acknowledged.
I really want to continue feeling good about bringing my dogs here (especially after the THOUSANDS of dollars I spend there each month), but the customer service and attention to basic administrative details need drastic improvement.

The facility is very clean. The stuff is welcoming and Harley seems happy there.
The staff mostly. They are really great! Super friendly all the time and I always leave my Scoutie with the feeling that he is being well looked after. Brooklyn at the front desk is a great guy and always greets me and Scout with a friendly smile and his great personality. Honestly - we are very happy with everything there. Scout loves it!

Great staff and caring towards the dogs
Dogtopia Town Center is amazing due to the outstanding coaches on staff. In particular, my favorites are Chris, Mason, Bobbi, and Rob. Brooklyn has been going to Dogtopia since she was 5 months old she is now 3 yrs old. There is an authentic level of care that is undeniable. Initially I used to look at the web-cam all day, now I trust the team to take care of my fur baby and don't look at it at all unless she is staying overnight. Leaving her overnight was a big deal for me and Chris calmed my nerves ensuring she will be ok. I've left her for 12 days worry-free. Dogtopia administer medication and feed her to the specifications that I have at home which didn't have to be granted. My spoiled fur baby's wet food is warmed up..sorry not sorry lol. I've never met the owners, but with the exceptional coaches and front desk staff, I trust the care of my forever pup with no worries. Thank you for taking care of my Brooklyn Dogtopia!!!
