Everyone treats my dog like it is their own dog. The facility is always clean and the check in and check out process is easy. Everyone is friendly and helpful, and the owner is just a really nice guy.

My pup loves playing at Dogtopia! The staff is amazing and so loving. We love all the fun themed activities. Most importantly, our boy always comes home safe, happy and exhausted. Thank you Dogtopia!
Safe environment friendly staff
A few days prior to meet and greet, I had called and spoke with an associate to confirm receipt of vaccine records. I was assured they saw the document in their email and they would update our dogs profile right away. Next day or two, I got a call saying they didn’t have updated records, so I resent the records and called back and asked them to check their email—got confirmation of email receipt and was assured they would update records for sure. Sure enough, I got another call 30 minutes before our meet and greet saying they didn’t have records. We ended up showing them a PDF of the records on the phone in person during drop-off. Also, I got asked about daycare packages three times during this timeframe (a weekend), twice by the same person on two consecutive days. Each time I’d told them directly “We’re not interested, thank you.” You guys are pushing the packages way too much.
Dog loved the visits and seems happy going there and ready to go home. It’s really helped her with socializing since she is still a puppy. She loves humans, but she didn’t know how to interact with other dogs. She loves playing with the neighbor dog and her “dogsins” (dog cousins).

Everyone at Dogtopia is so friendly and helpful, and I know my little buddy is well taken care of while I’m at work. It’s so nice to pick him up at the end of the day knowing he got lots of exercise and play time with his friends! I would recommend Dogtopia to anyone.

The staff is kind and wonderful to my dog. He can't wait to get inside and play every time I bring him. It makes me feel good that he enjoys going and .makes me feel secure that he has fun and is well treated while there. They also accommodate his special diet that I bring for him and do a great job cutting his nails.

I love the friendliness and professionalism about Dogtopia. Plus, my doggie loves the place! My favorite thing about Dogtopia that sets it different from others are the doggie activities. They really have our pets' best interest in mind. And this gives me peace of mind when I drop off my dog whether it's day care or boarding.
