Customer service was great! I was greeted right when I walked in by two nice ladies and we even spoke for a while before my little doggie went to her meet and greet. I was a very nice experience and I can’t wait to go back!
I love the staff! Most of all my pup Bindi Warrior loves the staff and all of her furry pals!
All of the staff is so friendly and ready to answer any questions you might have. They give so much love and attention to all of the pups as if they were their own. I also love the games and activities they plan throughout the month. My kids can't wait to get out of the car when we pull up to the door. They come home and can barely keep their eyes open until bedtime.
I am completely satisfied with Dogtopia. Employees are friendly and efficient.
The owner was rude to our family. When we called to schedule a meet and greet, the staff was amazing.
Upon bringing our dogs to their appointment, the owner was incredibly rude saying they normally do not accept pups from out of town. The staff (3 different people) never mentioned this would be an issue. The owner was not kind, but let our dogs have their meet and greet and a day of play the next day. They did not approve of another day of play saying they were “full”, which I do not believe.
I will not recommend this facility (even though we love Dogtopia and have never been treated this way), especially to people coming from out of town. The owner should be kind to all customers, especially people from out of town because of the volume of visitors CO Springs has.
They are nice, professional and they love dogs. Everything is clean and smells fresh. I really trust them with Milo. We love them all, but our favorites are Daphne and Alya.
The staff really cares about every dog that comes in. I feel really comfortable leaving my dog there for the day. Thank you!
My dog has been coming to you for over a year. I still feel you have the best staff!
However, lately I have noticed a horrific smell when I walk in which I never noticed before. I know your building is under construction, but this is more like an ammonia smell. Please check your a/c ventilation. I am concerned that my dog is going to get a respiratory infection. thank you!! I do want to keep saying that your staff is wonderful!!

I love how we get daily reports on how our dog is doing. The drop off is so easy and staff very friendly.
I didn’t love my welcome experience, they were short staffed which was no one’s fault but it was not great timing. The greeter was kind and friendly. I felt like they don’t do a very thorough check of the pets coming in- our “meet and greet” was not near as thorough as it states online. I felt like there were too many dogs for my personal preference and I hated that they peed and pooped everywhere inside. I watched a lot of the webcam and felt like the person inside seemed disinterested and missed body language cues from the dogs and took a while to clean up the messes. In all it is not for me.
We love the friendly staff and the way we are greeted so warmly at drop-off and pick-up.
We also love that Raj gets to play and have fun with his BFFFs. He is literally dog-tired when we get home, and sometimes he's even asleep in the car before we get home!

Only had 2 visits, but so far we're very impressed wirh the training and structure of Cooper's day. And he LOVES going to Dogtopia. We really like the fact that we can check on him via webcam.
My new puppy wasn’t ready to socialize at a doggie day care yet. The staff took the time to evaluate her to make sure as not to stress her. We will try again soon! Thank you for not rushing my pup!
I love the environment for my dog, i love that you guys try to match her up with a "buddy" , you always take great care of her when she is staying with you.

While our new dog did not pass the test to attend Dogtopia daycare, we hope that in the future and training, maybe she'll qualify. Our previous dog attended daycare and boarded with you. She also was groomed there sometimes. We and our previous dog loved going to Dogtopia. We hope to be able to use your services again in the future.
Our pup loves to come here. He literally drags me in the door. Everyone is professional and nice he is so tired when he comes home which makes my life easier. Facility is very clean. I love watching him on the webcams. Would highly recommend.
