Ease of dropping off and picking up
Employees are always pleasant and caring
I find the staff to be so friendly & accommodating. I would bring our foster dogs to the Purcellville location so they could meet other dogs. Recently, I needed to find a facility to board some foster dogs over the weekend and even though it was so last minute, they were able to accommodate them.
Friendly people and my pup is safe and has fun
Very dedicated Manager onsite. Willing to explain dog behaviors and show positives to bring out the best in everyone, canines and humans alike. It sets one at ease and assures that the pups are getting the very best care. Exceptional grooming services consistently as well. Groomer monitors that the products used are well tolerated, listening to concerns if there are any and adapting if necessary. My shy dog comes home happy and well taken care of.
I called and requested a groom and asked how much it would be for my doodle and told them the weight. On the phone I was told it would be $85. I ended up paying a lot more than that because I didn't want to argue with the lady at the register. I did ask her why it was more and she told me that was the cost so I let it go. I am not sure why it was so much more but would have appreciated communication about the price being so different. I believe the $85 price is listed on line as well.
They were accommodating and very helpful. I brought my dog with me from out of town for a corporate meeting. Brenan was amazing at helping me with shot records and checking in. I was pressed for time, and he helped guide me through the process very efficiently. He assured me that my dog would be cared for. It was a wonderful experience and I thank YOU Brenan!
I love being able to watch my furry babies on video. I love the ability to FaceTime them when they are boarded as well as them getting private love time.
friendly, clean, professional, and convenient
When you walk into this lobby, it smells atrocious. The urine smell is so overwhelming. I stood in the doorway with the door partially open.
Also, I came in for an assessment and then my dog was to spend 3 to 4 hours in daycare to see how he responded
As evaluation was done around 11:30 and then from 12 to 2 PM they were all in crates and I picked him up 3 PM so he had only an hour of time in the daycare so I think this should be structured differently. Perhaps stagger the breaks half hour at a time throughout the day or something.
Letting the customer know if their pet has eaten for that day when picking them up

We like the thorough procedures you use to make sure our dog is safe. The workers are friendly and our dog enjoys coming.
My dog was happy when we dropped her off and happy when we picked her up Everyone was very nice and friendly to me and kind to my dog.
My dog literally can't contain his excitement when he knows he's going to daycare. He loses his mind. He scratches at my car door until the second someone comes to get him because he so badly wants to get inside. I can't say the word daycare unless I'm about to take him because he knows what it means. It's so amazing having a place like that to take him, especially on days when I know I'll be out of the house a long time or not able to give him as much attention as he deserves. And having the camera so I can check on him throughout the day is such peace of mind.
Also the St. Patrick's Day craft is one of the cutest things I've ever seen, it's on my fridge.
I wish I knew her name, but I also want to give a special shout out to the person who usually brings the dogs out at pickup. She is so sweet and friendly and knowledgeable, and sometimes she has a little story about your dog that day. She's that way with every dog she brings out and person she speaks to, I see it when I'm waiting in the pickup line. Hold on to her! She is a great representation of you guys.
The service and people were great. We came in for a grooming for our golden retriever and had to bring him back because he wasn’t cut short for the summer. After we brought him back, his cut was great, except the cut is super uneven and choppy.

My pup is not your typical "loves every other dog she meets" kinda gal. She's reserved, loud on the leash and mostly a fan of two-legged individuals more than her own species. At Dogtopia they know all of this and make sure she's in an environment where she feels safe, mingles with other dogs (while silently judging each of them, I'm sure), and doesn't suffer from the separation anxiety that plagues her when she is alone. It is a relief to check the webcams during the day and see that she is chilling in a room and not fretting while heavily panting by the door (which is what she would be doing at home). Each afternoon when I pick her up she's happy and makes sure to let the coaches know that she has enjoyed her time with them. Well, except on days when I order spa services for her because no matter how wonderfully smelling she is, she's never going to love a bath. Knowing she can get her nails trimmed or have a quick walk during her daycare day makes my life easier and it is a bit of efficiency that Dogtopia adds to my day!

My dog absolutely loves his daycare!! And the staff is so nice and professional to my crazy Labadoole..I so wish I could bring him full time.
My pup gets so excited to go to daycare! It’s so nice knowing that he’s getting his exercise and getting to be social with other dogs! Leaving him at home while I go to work always breaks my heart so having daycare for him to look forward to is a win win :)
Staff are all very friendly & competent working with the dogs. Took tour of the facility & was impressed with cleanliness. I give it 2 thumbs up & my dog,Zoey, gives it 2 paws up!
