Offer discounts or incentive program to earn free services, especially with frequent daycare or boarding members.

It's my dog's favourite day of the week. He may spend most of the day patrolling, barking or half laying on the equipment but he absolutely loves it.

I'm also really happy to see the passes back. I really like the flexibility that if for some reason it would be a challenge to get Xavier to daycare I don't lose out on a paid day (an alternative for the passes could be allowing carrying forward a day or two of the wellness plan).

Staff was very nice from start to finish. The facility is kept neat and clean.

Friendly staff that care about my dog. Clean and safe environment for my dog to play with other dogs. I love seeing him on the live stream when I am traveling. It helps to know he is happy while I am away.

Maximus always comes home tired and happy and when I check the cameras he always seems to be having a good time and is given “time outs” when he needs to calm down reasonably

Every single time we drop off or pick up we are greeted by friendly staff who know our dogs name. Drop offs and pick ups are efficient and friendly. We trust that our dog is safe and well cared for and don’t worry about him when he is there. He also gives it thumbs up -as he can’t wait to get there.

Smells like pee. Dog comes home dirty. Spends too much time in crate. Staff unresponsive to emails/calls.

Jace had a great time while I was out of town. Every time I checked the camera he was smiling and playing with friends. It felt great knowing he got a vacation while I was away.

Front desk staff, webcam access and Hurley always comes back happy.

My dog was injured during his stay between April 17th to April 20th. Once I got him home I noticed several red marks on his body and a cut on the top of his nose. There was no notification from the facility. I called back and was told to text photos which I did. The manager would contact me and no once I reached out to me. I deserve a refund.

The staff at Dogtopia in Old Bridge are wonderful and attentive to the needs of their dogs. We are confident that our dog is happy, safe and having fun while he is there with his dog friends.

My pup is very happy here and gets excited when we arrive. The staff are fantastic and truly care about all the pups and the communication is fantastic.

Services are fine, pricey but fine. Our dog use to love coming but now is hestitant. I don't think it is anything to due with your service, but just our girl.
