Friendly staff, availability, my dog loves going there and I feel she is well cared for.
We are amazed at how wonderful Dogtopia is. We are visiting from Ohio and came to pick up a new RV. We have 4 days of things needed to do with the RV. It has been 90 degrees every day. We found Dogtopia and are so thankful that our dog Blake could spend those days with them. He is very tired when we pick him up.Also, all the staff are wonderful. Great with the dogs and very nice.

Very convenient and friendly staff! I love the webcams to check in on the pup throughout the day. Reasonably priced.
The staff is super friendly and do a great job taking care of both the pups and the facility! I recently boarded my dog for the first time with Dogtopia and it was a seamless experience. They made me feel assured and at peace that my dog was in great hands! I also love the camera feature in the Dogtopia app if I ever want to check in on how my dog is doing.
The caring staff, the cleanliness of the center, that I can see my dog on the app during the day, how excited my dog gets when I tell him it’s “time for school”
The staff seemed very nice, but the stench coming from the back was very prominent. It was much stronger that anything I have encoutered. Also, the Meet & Greet was nothing like it os described online. I was also not forewarned that I would be leaving my dog there. Also, I expected to receive a tour of the facilities or at least see video or images of the facilities, the crates, etc. It did not give me a comfortable feeling.
The staff is so friendly to my dog and to us. They truly care about them.

Where to begin… My dog was injured in a three hour window at Dogtopia. The manager offered me a completely unbelievable account of what he claims to have seen on the footage.
Of course no footage will be shown to me which is incredible considering the footage would definitively prove either of our positions.
What can you do to make it right: Id like the footage be reviewed by a neutral arbiter as it’s my position that the employees at this location lack the honestly and integrity to give a correct account of what actions resulted in injury to my dog .
Since writing a 1 star review on Google I’ve been blocked on Instagram and I would presume other platforms are to come. I would venture to guess that Dogtopia will take no actions to make this right and I will not hear from them again after submitting this feedback. Pleas don’t confuse further inaction on the part of Dogtopia with inaction on mine.
Friendly happy staff. I know my dog is well cared for. However I would like the option for later pick up times on the weekend, would be ok with paying extra for this

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The facility is nice and new. They are more modern than most other daycare's; they have an app, camera's. Our Dog loves playing with the dog's.
We brought Benji here for grooming and had a wonderful experience! The stylist was incredibly kind and professional, and Benji seemed really comfortable and happy with the whole visit. Both the receptionist and the groomer were fantastic—friendly, attentive, and clearly great with pets. We’re definitely coming back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality grooming and care.

Friendly knowledgeable staff who spend time with my dog. Good spaces for dogs of all sizes. Areas seem light-filled. The outdoor area is good for the dogs.

The facility is clean, cool in climate, and SUPER friendly staff for the minute I called to the minute I walked into the facility with my pup! They have been super flexible and easy in helping me get daycare setup for my pup. Access to cameras is also amazing.
