Clean and safe place for my pup to play

The facility is very clean and employees are professional and loving towards the dogs. There are several systems in place to maintain safety. I love all the cute photos, tasty treats, and fun activities you have scheduled each week. Nest doggy daycare ever!
Friendly, clean, knowledgeable and my dog loves it there.
Lots of play time and socialization for my pup with breaks in between. He has a hard time with regulating himself, so having someone help him take breaks is helpful for him. We he is there for boarding, he is always fed his food and given his medications.
The staff is courteous, my dogs liked it the east side .
I don't worry about him when he's there.
Prices are too high and the weekend hours are too restrictive. Allow for early drop off on Saturday and later pick up on Sunday

Easy to use. Good communication. Cameras in play room allow you to see that your pet is doing ok.
I didn't get any feedback after leaving my dog there for a full day.
I am very. comfortable leaving my dog at Dogtopia every week. The people who work there are really dog people. They take such good care of the dogs and treat them so well. Time at Dogtopia provides my dog with socialization with other dogs that she doesn’t get as an “only dog” at home.
Everyone is friendly and caring. My boys love being around the other dogs. I always worry about my boys Jaz and Max but, this Dogtopia has never let me down. My fur babies have even stayed over night for 7 or 8 days when I leave for work or vacation where they sometimes can't come. I will never trust another place but this ONE. All the staff has been good to me and my boys since day one when they first opened. I will suggest this place for anyone who really and truly LOVES their fur babies. I hated other places they went to and I even had to pay over a 1000 dollars because my boys got sick and were not treated well. Trust me THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE!!!
I boarded my dog here and feel very secure that my dog will be cared for and taken care of.
The staff is friendly and seems to take an interest in each pup. The facility is clean and organized. I like that there are some special days with activities like Santa photos.

Love how safety for my dog is top priority at Dogtopia. I love how they separate the dogs by size so my pup is not overrun and does not have the chance to annoy other dogs. They love him and know him by name.

Love the webcam. Staff always friendly, and my dog (Mike) is happy to go...and happy when we leave, of course. He comes home absolutely exhausted, so I know he has had a good day.

Often when I call, I can't get through to a person. I leave a voice-mail and sometimes I'd get a call back or a text message. But to have someone consistently answer the phone would be nice.
Cannot recommend Dogtopia of Overland Park enough. My old dog loves going and I feel comfortable leaving her behind for an extended trip.
Easy drop off/pick up. Easy arrangement of extra services such as boarding and baths. Friendly staff. Most importantly, my dog always seems happy to go to Dogtopia and he looks like he had a good time when I pick him up! It feels like a safe space for my dog. :)
Have more front staff to help customers.

Very efficient and friendly service! Wears out our pup nicely. Much better than the regular kennel with no socializing!
