Staff is friendly and recognizes my dog by name when we arrive. They are flexible with me and make smart recommendations on his care and how I can be more efficient with the service that I need.
The dogs seem happy and the rooms do not appear to be overcrowded. Very nice staff!
The team is so friendly and accommodating. I feel at ease knowing how well cared for Saoirse is when she is there. Saoirse is shy and can be a little timid. Her days at Dogtopia have helped bring her out of her shell, over time she has gained so much more confidence.
I love how exhausted Saoirse is after a day at Dogtopia!
She loved the scent walk this week!

My dog always leaves tired and happy! Sometimes their bowl or collar is left behind and I have noticed before that sometimes during transition periods, they have been forgotten about in a crate and I have had to call. But I love that they get to play all day and that it’s a clean environment!
The people at Dogtopia are always very welcoming to my dog. My dog is always thrilled to go to Dogtopia.

Be kinder to dogs that are nervous. I watched a caretaker grab my dog by the collar a drag her. If they are hesitant, get their parent to come help.
Activities for the dogs. They just stand around for hours. Too many dogs in one room for one person. Have a buffer fenced area at the dog entrance to give the coming or going dog some room It takes the person a long time to get the leaving dog in there when 10 others are in the way.
Everyone is super friendly and nice; they treat both myself and my dog very well. They are also very active on social media, which is nice to see. The special events and days they organize are engaging and fun.
