The staff is very friendly and caring. They are what makes this Dogtopia stand out as a wonderful and caring facility. The place is very clean, orderly, and the schedules are adhered to. I recommend Dogtopia Short Pump for their excellent service.

Friendly staff. Clean facility. The webcam was what made the wife happy. She watches throughout the day.
My dog was accused and punished for mounting. This is not a behavior that I have ever witnessed him do when he’s around other dogs unleashed. He was then crated for over an hour and I witnessed this in the camaras. It was also communicated to me late that the behavior was allegedly persisting. When I picked him up, there was no further communication. I would have liked the situation to be handled better.

The services themselves are in-expensive but such high quality. I have a nervous dog and while some services she won't let the staff do, I always appreciate them trying. The services they are able to do on my girl are well done! I have no concerns trusting my fur baby with everyone at Dogtopia Wheat Ridge!

Dogtopia is the best doggie daycare in MA. They treat my husband and I very well and most importantly they take great care of our dog. They really do love him there and he gets excited to stay every time.
We don't have to worry when our dog is with the Dogtopia crew. He loves everyone there.

The Staff is caring and friendly, they really connect with the pups, and are always responsive .
When I pick Murray up, even if he has just had a bath, he has a dog kennel smell to him for a couple hours after pickup. With multiple dogs together I don't know if there is anything that can be done about that but that would be the main thing.
My pup Frida is always excited to go and socialize with other pets. She’s treated like a tiny celebrity when we walk in the door… thank you for taking such good care of her for us!

Everyone at Dogtopia Purcellville is very helpful, responsive, and kind. I use the daycare weekly, spa services, and boarding. My little guy Jack loves it there!

Everyone there is so nice. When I drop Maggie off and pick her up she is happy, she likes everyone there. That is huge for us.
There is never feedback given after daycare. While I understand there are a lot of moving parts, there should be some sort of report given on how the day went. Specifically after the initial day and assessment, I assumed we would receive a few key points about how our dog took to daycare since it was his first time ever, and all we heard was that he had a "good day".
Additionally, he consistently comes home smelling like pee. I know this is not something that is always in the control of the employees, but I think this is due to overcrowding which does not allow for proper clean up of bathrooming.
Lastly, we have been waiting for 2 weeks for a request to be approved for my family member to join the account. I have brought it up in person, we have called, etc. and it has still not been approved.
While I appreciate the effort of the employees, it feels like this location is understaffed and could use additional administrative support and more hands to improve overall. Less dogs, more time doing things rather than standing around in the same room all day.
Perhaps being more quick to separate dogs that are aggressive towards other dogs. My dog has gotten bit several times that have required that visits
Friendly and knowledgeable people who go out of their way to make sure your dog and you are happy and comfortable.
The staff are always very pleasant and show love to all the dogs. Don’t know what they do in the back but Boofer goes nuts when we pull up and can’t wait to get in the door. I feel very good leaving him there for the day.
