I love the daycare! They treat my pup like family! In our house we call Dogtopia “puppy school” which has become my dogs new favorite phrase.

This was my first experience with a groomer for my dog. I was extremely impressed with the communication with the groomer, Claudia. She texted me the day before asking what exactly k was looking for in my dogs haircut. When I got him back he was perfect, his hair was silky and he smelled great. I was very pleased with Claudia's services.

Great Service, Happy Dog
Positive thing about this place is the friendly cheerful manager. But other front liners are quite dodgy and evasive in answering legitimate inquiries about dog safety, care and real-time care. Dog cams have a lot of blind spots so that you can only see a portion of each room, and per my observation while I was INSIDE their reception area, and comparing what I see through the observation window and what’s on video, most dogs seem to be out of camera range and attending people move in and out of range too. Online cam access was also unreliable. A lot of fierce barking can be heard all the way down the block, that can be daunting for docile dogs. I also observed a dog jumping another, and some attempts at biting each other while the attendant was busy trying to control other dogs. The Toy Box had much bigger dogs than expected, perhaps to protect the docile dogs from the more aggressive ones. When I picked up my dog, she was nowhere on the dog cam and the attendant seemed to be looking for her all over the room. It took a good 15-20 minutes of waiting and not seeing my dog on video, and when I finally expressed my concern to the front desk that something’s not right, she disappeared into the back and left reception empty. When my tiny dog was finally brought out, she came out smelling like she had been urinated on by a bigger dog, and had signs of trauma that lasted for two days. I asked if she was isolated and out somewhere because I never saw her in can from drop off to pick up, but I got a dodgy answer that they just got their shift. My dog is a very confident dog, and very social with people and other dogs no matter the size, but after just ONE HALF day of daycare with this particular establishment, acted withdrawn, anxious and skittish. She wouldn’t go anywhere past a foot or two from me, and was very clingy. She drank quite for sometime in the car like she wasn’t able to get water inside. She also just crashed on our couch for the rest of the first day and wouldn’t go out to walk. I emailed this Dogtopia with the same concerns but never heard back. I wanted an explanation or at least their side of the matter. So no, don’t bring your toy breed here unless you’re willing to risk their wellness. It’s not a very good environment for healthy play and socialization.
I love the fact Anna the owner is such amazing with our son dog! The staff in Aurora are so gentle and very friendly! They are so kind and sweet! They are so caring and they are carful at the same time! We trust them all 100 percent! Anna also took the time to let our son see the place!

No suggestions. Staff were great. Friendly, professional, seem knowledgeable about dog behaviour. I appreciated being able to watch h my dog on camera. We did one half day trial so limited in my reply. Only real downfall for me is distance-about 40 min drive.

It’s so personal. Every employee seems to know my dog even though we don’t come very often. My dog seems very happy and not stressed when I pick him up from daycare.

Very unfortunate after a year going 3 times a week. We started when he was only 5 months old loved going. Change in staff none stop, the last month right after sign back up on an unlimited package. Started having issues getting none stop phone calls that he was having an issue with one dog and they didn’t know what to do? Or what the issue was said he didn’t like French bulldogs?
Never in a year an issue with any other dog very friendly with dogs and people. Been around French bulldogs never had an issue? Most frustrating part management never called me corporate never called me employees who didn’t know what to do. Just called to have me come pick them up. Make me lose time from work. Finally moved to a different Dogtopia location French bulldogs in his group, no issues, friendly happy love having him there.?
Love the people. Our Mabel is always happy to attend - and exhausted at the end of her visit.
