The staff are all dog overs and really react with our pup.

The team in Easton is friendly and so enthusiastic and kind. They seem to love the dogs and owners. Kelly is the best groomer and my dog Piggy loves her. Thank you for making a her spa days so enjoyable. Great team. Wonderful service.

I like that the overnight boarding also includes the dog in the doggie daycare also. Not every daycare/boarding place does that. I also like that each dog will get special attention if needed. The workers there are certified and really seem to enjoy working with the dogs.
I wanted to share some feedback regarding our first day with you. When we picked up our pup, we noticed that his paws were extremely dirty, with dirt up to 2-3 inches on each leg. It appeared as though he had been walking in dirt all day. When I asked about this, the staff mentioned it was due to the wet gym floor. I was a bit disappointed that there wasn't an effort to clean him before bringing him out, or at least a proactive communication about it, rather than my having to point it out. We understand that dogs can get a little messy while playing, but seeing him in that condition was surprising, especially knowing the environment he had been in.
Additionally, after bringing him home, we noticed a red scratch near his groin area. While we understand this could be a result of friendly play with other pups, it would have been reassuring if staff could conduct a quick examination when dogs come in and out, though I understand this may not always be feasible.
Lastly, regarding the doggie cam, we had difficulty finding our pup on the camera. It seems there might be a blind spot in the room, which was unfortunate because we wanted to see him throughout the day.
As this was our first visit, we would appreciate a sense of assurance that our dog is being cared for rather than simply monitored. Thank you for considering our feedback, and we hope to see improvements on our next visit.

First and foremost, I apologize for the condition in which your pup was returned. While our team did note that the floor was wet that day, we agree that extra care should have been taken to clean your pup before bringing him out, or at the very least, to communicate proactively with you about it. We’re taking steps to ensure more consistent grooming touch-ups before pick-up moving forward.
Regarding the scratch near his groin area, we understand your concern. While occasional marks can occur from play, it’s important to us that every pet parent feels confident in our supervision. We are reviewing our protocols to explore how we can better monitor physical check-ins and note any potential injuries or issues during a pet’s stay.
Lastly, we apologize for the difficulty you experienced with the doggie cam. We are currently looking into the blind spot you mentioned and will assess how we can improve visibility so you can enjoy better peace of mind throughout the day.

Overall good. As you don’t trim or cut hair, it’s not exactly what I need, but the bathing, brushing and nail trim were great and fairly priced. All of the employees I encountered in person and on phone were lovely and helpful.
The staff is the absolute BEST. They always make sure I know what kind of day my dog had and any concerns or issues that came up. The trainers have worked with both my dogs to improve their "manners" (jumping, pulling on their lead, etc). I can tell that they love our dogs too! The facilities are always clean and I love the extra things you can opt into like "bacon day", "meatball day", special occasion photos, etc.
It was a really bad experience from start to finish.
No running water for 5 days. Things were messy. Staff was not professional.

The coaches are great, always call her by name. Loads of events both eeekly and spacial holiday ones. Rain loves her apple kong.

The staff are so kind, helpful, and patient! I love that I can check in on our dog using the cameras and the staff communicates how he was during the day. It’s so easy to book an appointment using the app and the option to text to check in or ask questions is great as well! We and our dog love Dogtopia-Homewood!
I began bringing my puppy there when I was working in Tinley Park because it was close to my place of employment. After losing that job and living in the city, it’s a 45 minute drive, if not a little more, depending on traffic to get to Dogtopia, however in trying to find other doggy daycare places for him that were closer to home. I chose to bring him back to the Orland Park location. It is worth the drive knowing that he’s being taken care of properly and treated well. He is always very eager to go unlike the other places that I took him. He pulled back or was looking back for me when I took him to a facility in the South Loop. When I take him toDogtopia, I have to keep up with him to get to the door.
Everyone that I deal with is friendly and very service-oriented, plus they take great care of the dogs. 10/10 will do again.

Dogtopia of Limerick was very flexible and accommodating with us and our new puppy. Due to a late planned overnight stay, I had to get our puppy in somewhere for boarding. They were were very helpful and made sure I had all the necessary paperwork completed so that he would be ready to stay overnight when we needed it. They also were able to schedule him for doggy daycare multiple times prior to the overnight so that he could acclimate to the new environment and understand that we would be back. It was a very hectic time for us and they were great about everything, even my last minute oops mistakes. On top of all that, our little guy just loved being there. The staff is phenomenal! Everyone was so nice to the clients and super special to all the dogs. You can tell they just love animals and really know the animals that they watch over! I never felt worried about leaving him. THANK YOU!
