Fun place for my pup to go to play. Reservations are not required for daycare and open on weekends for daycare. Indoor and outdoor time. Clean environment. Cameras available for checking in on my pup. Friendly and personable staff.
The staff is great, especially Angie. They are friendly and caring. I don't ever worry about my pup when she's there.

Everything. Awesome customer service. You just know you’re leaving your family member in good hands.
It seems odd that most daycare dogs are crowded into one room ("the beach") while other spaces sit empty. We wish that the camera feed had a better internet connection so it wouldn't stop and buffer so frequently. Finally, rotating outdoor time would probably be better than keeping one group out all day while the others are cooped up inside.
My pup is happy to anrrive ant Dogtopia and very tired and peaceful after being picked up.
No services used yet but I had my initial viist and it went well. I appreciated how thorough they are and how gentle they were with my dog.

Great service! Colin received us very warmly. And the young man who gave Thor a bath did a great job, very detailed. When we picked up Thor he was smelling very well, his hair was shiny, and a little trimmed, which will help him to endure high temperatures.
I like that I can trust everyone. I don’t like being asked every time I drop off about a treat though.

Dogtopia Dublin is so professional and caring with our two little pups. The owner of the business is there quite often and spends time getting to know us. His family is very engaged with the business which keeps the feel consistent and the staff training on point. They have the staffing they advertise and more. My one pup is on seizure meds and the team has been great about the importance of her meds.
I can’t say enough good things about this location, the management team, and the staff.
Every time we book it shows approved then a few days later it's gone. I have to call to get it rebooked for boarding. I don't check the app everyday, so sometimes I don't notice for weeks. This caused unnecessary stress. Especially since when I call they say it's not even on the calendar even though someone had to approve it.

There wasn't one thing that was a huge disappointment. However, several small things that added up to maybe this isn't the right place for us. First, the intro visit was very disorganized. The young lady that took us on the tour was very nice and answered everything she could, but the girl running the front counter was not able to answer any questions, was not able to provide info, and asked us a few questions over and over. Reluctantly, and after we spoke with Michelle (manager?) on the phone we brushed it off as a bad day and booked our 2 pups for a daycare session and 1 for boarding the following weekend as a trial run. Our only daycare request was that they be kenneled together at rest/nap time, which didn't happen. And we requested a bath during the boarding session, which also didn't happen. Again, none of these things alone are enough to complain about, but together it just added up to too much disorganization, which is a concern for us considering the wellbeing of our pets. I hope it gets better, because the facility is more than adequate and it's location is convenient.
