The staff is always very friendly and I feel confident that my dog is being well taken care of.

My dog spent one full day here and came home with fecal stuck to her whole back side and tail. Additionally to this, her nose was cut and bleeding. While I understand accidents happen, it would have been nice to been notified of this or for her to be cleaned up so she did not need to sit in that all day. Shows me a lack of care and I won’t subject my dog to that again.
Staff are friendly and they really love dogs. Honestly, what sold me on this location from the beginning was when I was there during the initial meet & greet, they knew who was walking in with whom. It’s just a well-oiled machine.
And most importantly, my dog enjoys going there cause when we make that last turn into the parking lot, I don’t exist until he comes through the door to come back into my arms.
Everyone is extremely friendly and takes great care of our Teddy!! Grooming service is always A1. I love how flexible Dogtopia is with drop off/pickup times. You all really helped us out when we had to leave Teddy at doggy daycare to move, and helped alleviate his stress by giving him a fun day of play!

I love being about to pick up my dog after a long stay and she is super clean and smells great. Nothing like a doggie spa after a long stay. Staff is awesome!
Very personal interactions with pets; all employees appear to be animal lovers and have the big picture. Employees like an extension of your own family.Day care is great,….. my 2 come home and basically sleep for a day and a half. They are worn out from playing with their “friends” and chaperones. I have never been greeted from someone without a smile nor left with without a smile personally and also a goodbye to my pets! GREAT PLACE!!
My dog has been going here since she was a puppy! The staff love her and always tell me how great she is. And I love that I can check in on her via the live feed.
Very friendly staff, close to home, and my dog really enjoys going. The rooms always look very clean and the staff is constantly cleaning. I love being able to check the cameras to see how my dog is doing.
My dog is taken care of what is the most important to me. So seeing that they look after him on camera is refreshing. The spa services and had soft he is afterwards is amazing.

Daycare and Overnight boarding is Amazing!!
Expensive when they charge for daycare on top of The boarding fee.
The soap they use for baths has no smell or odor control. The dog leaves still smelling like dog and kennel.
The staff is always so friendly and welcoming and treat us like family !!!!!!!!!
Some mornings I call and see if there's last minute openings and if there is, they always squeeze me in!
