A few areas could benefit from improvement. Enhancing communication would help provide better clarity for everyone involved. Additionally, giving advance notice about changes in availability, consistent interactions with knowledgeable staff, returning calls from staff/managers, and creating a warmer and more caring environment during drop-off would significantly enhance the overall experience.
Easy to book and get confirmation quickly. Hana gets excited when we pull into the parking lot. She loves seeing her friends both people and dogs. She has a wonderful time and is usually exhausted from having so much fun.
Sending email receipts following use of boarding and daycare charges. I was disappointed that I had used up all of my boarding passes and no longer qualified for my original pricing but I did not know I did not know it .
Overall the dogs are happy when they got to dogtopia.
Very expensive. We enrolled our dog few years ago at approximately $35-37 for full day now it’s over $55!!! That’s a rapid increase, suspect it’s pure greed. Even our children daycare did not increase that much. Makes it unaffordable for more than once a month.

First let me say that the staff is really really good. I like them and I think my dog really likes them.
The odor of the facility continues to be a problem. My dog even carries that bad smell home with him after his stays. I would rather not change places but my spouse who has started helping with pickup really does not want to go back inside. I’m sorry that the bad smells are a persistent problem.
Everyone is always so nice and caters to each dog and family. We LOVE dogtopia it is our favorite daycare and we only use this facility. Our dog has the best time and is always so happy when he is there

My dog seemed happy when she left. The staff was friendly
We had no problem with Dogtopia, but for our dog, Ben, he seemed a little bored when we would check the cam. He was just following the person around and not playing with any other dogs. I think he needed more stimulation or play time, but it was definitely good for socialization.
