Our dog Koda loves coming here just as much as we like taking him here! He’s always eager to get in the car in the morning on daycare days. The staff treat the dogs as if they are their own and it shows! The staff are easy to reach and very helpful with any questions that come up.
Staff is so friendly and kind to me and to my dogs. I have two large Irish Wolfhounds that are so well cared for at Dogtopia that I increased how often I take them. It took a couple of weeks for the wolfhounds to overcome their anxiety at being left there for day care. However, fast forward 3 weeks and both dogs leap out of the car and race to the door. They cannot wait to get into the building and they bark and act joyful just driving by the building when we drive by on non-day care days. I can watch the dogs during the day on the App and I am given accurate up-dates on how they did during the day. I
I love the team, I love how they treat my pets, I love how attentive everyone is, so accommodating...you can't ask for more!

Friendly and empathetic staff!
I enjoy that when I drop my dog off, she is excited to go and rarely looks back at me. The staff know her by name and are always excited to see her come in, whether it’s daycare or for boarding. I also love that she is able to have her grooming in the same space.

We brought Isla in for daycare. She had a great time and if the occasion arises we will bring her in again.
There was some confusion about whether the daycare for April birthdays was complimentary but we reread the email and can see where we made a mistake.
The team is very personable and they know my dog well.

For me the location is very close to where I live. The staff I’ve met have all been extremely friendly and accommodating. I love the cameras so you can still see your fur babies!
The facility is very, very clean, all of the coaches are well-trained and enthusiastic. Our dogs love going there, come home exhausted, and we know they're very well cared for while they are there!
My dog regularly got very sick from his weekly daycare appointments, and you charged me for weeks he could not come in because he was contagious. He also always smelled like urine after a day at daycare, and I didn't like leaving him to board because he just had to stay in the same room the whole time I was away.
Staff is friendly and know my dogs name and treats them like their own dog.

Close to home . For daycare only for me.
The staff are so friendly. They know me and my dog, now and will usually have her ready to go or will have a very friendly conversation with me when I am there to pick her up. They have wonderful staff who you can tell are bonded to the dogs and love their job and invest their time in making each dog feel welcomed and loved during their doggy day care time! I've recently used the grooming services and that has been wonderful as well. I love hearing the updates on how my "kid" has done at day care for that day. It is one of the best parts of my day!

My dog was very happy at Dogtopia of Anaheim Hills. He was having such a good time playing with other dogs, I don't think he wanted to come home. The facility is very clean; he never comes home smelling like dog urine. I love the way the employees are so nice and caring. It makes me feel a lot better about leaving my dog, knowing he will be well taken care of.

The staff makes the difference!! Jordan is exceptional! Initially I interviewed three different day care centers. There was such a distinct difference- the site sparkles ( it’s clean and smells great). Jordan sat down with me to learn about my distinct needs for my 18 month old puppy and also took the time to know me and the challenges I face at home. My husband has Alzheimer’s.
Jordan is kind, extremely competent and so reassuring. She discovered that Daisy distemper vaccination had expired and so we delayed her first visit until her records were current. Even our vet had missed notifying us!
When I picked Daisy up from her first visit, the entire staff gave me great feedback. We are so happy with Dogtopia- thank you. Name removed

The Dogtopia App still does not work and has not worked since last year. I have contacted the staff several times and nothing has been done. I have been bringing my Furrbaby to the Cottleville location ever since the opening of Dogtopia in Cottleville and the quality of services has declined. You have to call multiple times or days before someone answers the phone, no one ever calls back. My Furrbaby loves Dogtopia, she is familiar with everyone and the staff are nice and pleasant once you gets them on the phone and in person, but not answering the phone sends the message to the Customer that they are not reliable and unprofessional. The App is the main reason why I takes my Furrbaby to Dogtopia, it is a very unique App, to be able to see your dog play and interact with friends is wonderful, and to schedule boarding or daycare through the App is very convenient. No other Pet boarding place has this option which makes Dogtopia a very unique place so I still believe its a good place, but needs improvements before I recommend friends.
Everything from the staff who have so much care and compassion for my puppy but also friendly and welcoming. They really go out of their way to make my puppies stay enjoyable and safe.
