The day time staff is very knowledgeable, kind & patient with new pet owners questions. I like that Oreo is around other dogs and not in her crate all day. Hoping she will find a friend when she gets more comfortable.

You checked the dogs daily and notify use if you find something unusual you will notify me.
Rooms are too small, too many dogs, not enough staff at drop off and pickup.
We took our dog in for a scheduled “Meet & Greet” and were greeted gleefully by the owner, Matt and Shift Leader, Sydney. They were so excited to meet our dog and show us their cozy location and all they have to offer. We liked the offerings, prices and location. We’ve already set up our dog for some visits to get acclimated with the staff for future times we may need to use their boarding services.

I like that they always know my dog’s name when I bring her in. They’re friendly and helpful. I haven’t purchased any of the extra services or activities yet but I like what is offered.

I really like Dogtopia but many times I check the webcam I see my dog in a cage.
Employees always greet Riley by name. I get a report on how Riley did with the other dogs.

Sooo many reasons! Main one is Mr Pickles loves yall. The fact he pulls me in with his leash in his mouth on daycare days shows me this is best best place for him.

Kai is always so happy to go and so happy to greet us at pick up!! Playing at dogtopia all day helps him sleep soundly on the nights we have to work all day! He is well socialized because of dogtopia! Having a fun place to board him while we are away means a lot to us too!
My dog loves it here!!! She has so many best friends and she loves to come in, she always pulls me through the door to come play.

Great professional and friendly staff. The hours and days open are very convenient. Our dog seemed happy there and we were glad we could view his interaction with other dogs and care technicians on the closed circuit cameras.
Our dog's safety was assured by the way in which he was monitored all the time in the play room.

We bring our pups, not because we are not home and need a sitter, but because we hoped it would be a good social environment for them with other dogs and they would be encouraged to play. That does not seem to be happening, and Dogtopia seems to be acting more as a sitter for the dogs. Any possibility of having trainers come in and work on interaction with the dogs?
