No one answers phone or returns calls or if you go into que no one calls you back
Also charging for boarding and a full day of day car for literally 27 hours seems ridiculous

The bath for Tessa was very convenient. The staff is lovely and professional. You can tell they love dogs

How friendly everyone is to me and my dog. They really treat the dogs like family. There is always some kind of activity going on. Its a great vibe and good feeling to know my dog is safe and being provided a fun day.
