Track how much playtime a dog gets and share the expected time with customers. Several times now my dog has been crated for at least an hour outside of the two hour break and that is too much for me. I understand rotation but not for over an hour. If this is a regular occurrence, he will not be coming back.
On another note, I do want to share the positive. Everyone is extremely friendly! It makes me feel special that they know my pups name and already recognize me when I come in to pick them up. I appreciate how much my dogs love the staff. And also love all the extras such as snacks and art work.
