Your staff! Competent and professional. I felt safe leaving my dog with them. AND, Leslie your groomer/spa wizard. My James looks ready for Westminster after she groomed him. I’ve had 8 schnauzers over decades and none of them ever got a groom and a blowout this good. He still looks great, 5 days later!
Everyone is very friendly and welcoming to myself and my pet. The facility is nice and clean. They also take the time to help the dogs feel welcomed and if anxious try to help support them. When I boarded my dog with them it was nice that they sent some updates and showed willingness to try and help her when she was missing home. Overall very happy and would recommend
Friendly knowledgeable staff who consistently care for.my dogs with kindness and encourage fun and healthy activities daily. They are attentive to well being and general health of the dogs as well

My dog came back in rough condition. Not sure what happened, he seemed really upset. His paws are in really bad shape, raw and peeling. His private area is leaking goo and might have an infection. None of this was there before we boarded him.
I love that my dogs are happy to go. I love that the young man who took my dogs back took the time to bend down and love on my babies and make them feel welcome and happy. I love Kim, the groomer, b/c she takes care of them. They look great.

Attention to my dog’s needs
I am content. Can only recommend to others with the appropriate pet. Only one of my two dogs would fit in.
The staff is incredibly nice and it seems like a really well run facility! I was just unhappy that the groomer did not do what I asked and cut my puppy very, very short. He seemed very nice, but did not give the trim I asked for.
The people at Dogtopia have been super helpful, Olivia, Hannah and other staff have listened to us and have taken care of our dog’s needs. We have a super active young Terrier and she can be a challenge but the staff is doing a wonderful job with her. We are very happy with Dogtopia!
Thr staff is so friendly and you can tell that Olive loves going there and playing with his friends.
I called twice while Elias was with you to check on him and never hit an answers so I left a message that was never returned. The cameras were not always up. All of which was concerning and troubling. We were 3000 miles away and could not get in contact with any one.

Excellent team of great people who care for our beloved pets who are our family. I cannot reiterate how happy I am to have found such great people to provide my Annabelle and Grizzly a home away from home. They love going to Dogtopia and I love taking them for daycare or for boarding knowing they love it and excited when we approach the door. That makes my heart feel awesome.

Spa and doggy daycare
Excellent customized care. They know my dogs and what they need. I know my pups are safe and well taken care of while I’m gone.
From the moment we met the crew, they listened to us and our concerns about bringing him around other dogs. That he may be afraid since a much larger dog went after him. They brought him into the room with dogs his size and he got along great. Offered him a protein bowl which is a special treat in itself. Exercised him, napped him all while making sure he would have fun, get accumulated to his surroundings. They offer so much which puts our minds at ease and we can view in on a camera to see how he is doing. The staff we met was great, experienced, loving, caring. Our dog enjoyed himself and made a lot of new friends.
Great program! The staff cares about every dog. My pup is very happy playing with her BFFF’s. Easy to schedule a daycare appointment. When I have had to board my pup I am 100% confident she is in the best of care.
