Friendly experienced staff with knowledge about dog training.
Great first day for Georgia, all staff was amazing!
I love how you guys pay attention to each dog so closely. You know them and their behaviors and tendencies and it makes us feel so lucky to have you guys. We feel as if our pet is our family and it’s so nice to be able to trust others with him and have peace of mind while we are gone. Thank you guys so much for all you do for our family!
They came home tired, which was wonderful, but Birdie smelled like she had either rolled in urine or dogs had peed all over her. She had wet spots around her ears that smelled of urine as well. Since they were only there for Friday day/night and Saturday day, I was a little surprised. She had also just had a bath before she was boarded. Otherwise everything seemed good.
Staff is very personable and attentive to my and my dog's needs.
Love that you are open sundays! Staff is always friendly and my pup always seems excited when we get there. I like the live camera feature and all of the events and holiday photos
I wish pick up could a little later on the weekend. 6pm would be wonderful! but even until 5:30pm would be super helpful.

My dog is happy. He is loved there and knows it. :) I trust you to take great care of my dog when he is being boarded. I never worry about him there, at all. He barks like a crazy thing when we are driving there, telling the world how happy he is to be going to see his friends. Love the photographs!
Staff is super friendly and is good at communicating if something happens at daycare or if my dog was misbehaving or had a lot of fun. My dog, Max, always gets excited when we enter the parking lot and when I pick him up he falls asleep so quickly so I know he had a good time!

There was way too much expectation placed on my dog to "pass" his meet and greet. It's clear that they have never supported a rescue dog before and instead of working with us, we were down the door.
Friendly, knowledgeable staff, facility is clean and safe and controlled. Dialy treat options break up the day for the dogs Love the camera access to catch a glimpse of my dog during the day. Location is convenient.
The meet and greet was great. The owner was there and eased my mind of leaving my little boy there. I cannot recommend enough.

I love Dogtopia! I would always recommend them. They always communicate with the parents about everything and they are all very welcome. You can always tell that they love our dogs like their own! I know both my dogs are safe when I drop them off. And a big plus is that they always come home tired!

We brought our dog in for two hours while we attended a doctor’s appt, and he had the best time! He slept our entire 3 hour drive after that.
The people are always very friendly. They also went above and beyond for us once, when they really didn’t have to, and that will keep us coming back.
The staff are always courteous, and the dogs seem to like going there very much.
The staff is friendly, and my dog Kandy loves Dogtopia! The facilities are well maintained, and since the dogs need to be vaccinated, I feel like Kandy's health is safe. I also like the events around Valentine's day and he holidays. I still have Kandy's v-day kissing booth picture on my fridge. Plus, it's close to my place. All around 10/10 :)
