The professional manner of operations, the amenities being all inclusive in costs and not having to pay for every little upgrade. The staff is so nice and my dog loved it!

I cannot find the welcome email, that gives information about how to get the video opportunities, so I can check on my dog.
My dog only went to one daycare session and got Kennel Cough and then had to miss the next month.
I would appreciate a little more connection with the person taking my dog into the daycare. With 2 interactions, the person just grabs the leash, does not say anything to me and takes my dog.
While the daycare is for my dog, if I am not feeling the friendliness, as well, I worry about the care for him, while he is at daycare.
If you are not taking an extra 5 seconds to connect with me, can I trust your connection with my dog?

The Staff are friendly
We love knowing our fur babies are being taken care of and get to interact with other dogs while we are away. And we especially love being able to look at them on the webcams periodically throughout the day.
Friendly, efficient
The staff is friendly and Boss loves coming there. We have not had major issues. We bought him in for an extra day this past week and requested a bath and teeth brushing. The new staff person on duty was very pushy, almost insistent about a tip. We found this a bit annoying and decided not to leave one. We understand tipping and have never encountered this in the 8 months we have been coming there.
Dog is always super happy but would be good to have video access even during crate times so we know the setups.
Dog also smells a bit when he comes home from the cover up scent used at the facility
The staff is awesome! They spoil my little dog so much that he is always excited when we arrive. Just great and kind staff.
You did good the first time.
Great this time However, you forgot to give back Guccis collar. So we had to come back for it. And his nails were never cut and grinded as asked.
Staff are friendly and caring. I know my dog is safe and happy when he is there
My dog still routinely returns soaking wet and smelling of pee. This past time she also returned with her collar completely mangled and ripped. If there was any sort of issue, nothing was relayed to us.
The flexibility with being able to get our dogs in even at the last minute, whether it’s daycare or Spa services.
Day care and boarding
The meet and greet session was very welcoming and professional. I haven’t experienced that at all of the other locations I’ve been to.

I LOVE the staff. Gigi is such a sweetheart and seems like she really cares and loves dogs/animals. She is very helpful and was not annoyed to answer any questions we had. She even took me for a tour as well. We had our meet-and-greet, then our dog Cooper stayed while we were at my uncles funeral and we took Cooper back again 4 days later when we went shopping. Cooper seems to like it too and gets excited. If we tell staff to use our commands or that we don't want him jumping, they will also make sure to use the commands and not let him jump, which is a big plus. Gigi told us Sat May 3rd, Cooper made a friend, Molly, and it was a good friend for him. We love that there is someone there all the time in the room with them, outside, and not just letting them run free unsupervised. We love the updates we get and when we pick him up as well. He's always very sleepy when we get him, which means he was playing and not locked in a create. We had issues with a place we took him due to them putting him in a create when he was suppose to be playing the whole time fro daycare. So, that is always a plus to have a puppy that has played so hard he's tired! It's good exercise for him too. We try at home but it's not the same as going to a play place with other dogs. We went to create escape too and our dog Cooper was let through the doors into an area by a guest doing to the bathroom, it was not secure and we had to help get him back to the play area. There was only one staff girl there to watch several dogs. When I said something, the staff told me even through we paid for him it was still our responsibility to watch him. Not sure how that is our responsibility when we're paying for daycare. Anyway, I give Meridian North Dogtopia it a 5+++star!!! Thank you so much! We will be back and we highly recommend you!!!

Lilo loves coming to Dogtopia! The staff seem truly excited to see her when she arrives, and they have been very accommodating for both daycare and boarding. I also enjoy getting texts for treats and events!
The staff is always friendly and wonderful with my dogs.
My dog is always excited when we pull in the parking lot, racing to get out of the car. The staff is energetic and polite and always let me know if anything occurred during the day I should be aware of.
We love all the friendly staff and the prices are fair. It is a very clean facility and my pup loves going to daycare.
Employees are friendly and care about the dogs and customers. Cesar does a great grooming. The service is the best. My dog Maddie is not afraid when we enter but happy because she knows thar she will have a great day care.
I wasn’t disappointed with Dogtopia so much as it wasn’t what I was expecting. I was looking for a safe place to socialize my puppy while someone with more experience reading dog body language was monitoring the dogs’ interactions. What I observed was the coaches’ time was consumed with keeping the floor picked up (Much appreciated!! That’s gotta get old after a couple days on the job!), and they didn’t really have eyes on the dogs. My experience may be limited, but I know I would be watching my puppy 100% of the time, ready to remove him from potentially dangerous situations should he look uncomfortable or an altercation actually occur. I indicated a 5 because I would recommend Dogtopia to others, just with the above caveat.
