More interaction with the dog, more outside time, more attention to removing dogs that harass other dogs
We love everything about Dogtopia. It is easy to see that the people who work there really love dogs and the dogs love them. Each month there is a theme that they follow. Sometimes it involves taking photos of the dogs, and sometimes it includes special activities. It always includes a treat that fits the theme. They provide a calendar and an email that outline what will be taking place. It is a great place for daycare and boarding.
There has been alot of billing issues this year.
There are also many new staff that are not personable or presentable. They approach the dogs in an unfriendly manner that make them uncomfortable with getting out of the vehicle. They also have not secured dog which has caused them to be loose in the lot. They also call them the wrong pronouns which shows a lack of knowledge and care.
Grooming is inconsistent at best with zero change in pricing but many missed items.
Staff is very nice and professional. Staff is also very "flexible" which is just great for us as things right now can be hectic and unpredictable. It is a big relief to have a "safe haven" for Tilly when we need it.
Most importantly, Tilly loves to go to DogTopia. (She is a very good judge of character!) I know she is well cared for and safe. That is everything!

The people and my dog loves it!
The big dog play rooms are completely overcrowded. I often see that Gym is packed full while the very rare times Romper is open, it only has a few dogs. This is concerning as it puts these pups into stressful situations that are unnecessary. Please stop accepting new dogs at this time and simply put a max allowed at daycare and have BOTH play rooms open. This would alleviate the stress on the dogs and attendants.
Good communication, caring coaches, cameras and staff is helpful.
The location is very convenient to my home and drop off and pick up is always quick and easy. The staff is very loving of my dog and he is always very happy to go there. As soon as he recognizes the front of the building he is very excited to enter and greet the staff. To me that is a good sign that he is treated very kindly and that he loves to visit his other doggy friends.

The crew at Dogtopia Washington Ave. is great! The management and staff are attentive, caring, and take great care of my dog. The prices are reasonable, and they are very flexible and dependable.
I love bringing my dog here! I just wish there wasn’t so issues with the camera so I can watch my dog. That is the main reason I chose Dogtopia over other places

Bucky has been going every Wednesday for a year! I have watched each time the excitement of dogs coming in to have a great fun safe day. Staff treat each pet with welcome & safety while accompanying them to their “room”,
All the employees at Dogtopia know my dog and treat her with love. When you start with that the rest is easy.

The people are so friendly. They know my dog, they treat him so nicely. He's an old dog and they know that sometimes he has issues. They've worked closely with me when he's had to miss out weeks at a time.
