I appreciate that y’all really care about our dogs. That is the biggest compliment. What could be improved is communication - I’m not sure if it’s that you are understaffed but if we text it shouldn’t take hours upon hours to get a reply. I don’t want to have to ask something multiple ways to get an answer.
I wish the organization was open later. When I go to the office in Manhattan, it takes me an hour to get back to Dogtopia. It is nowhere near the subway and I believe most people that drop their dog off, work in Manhattan and get off work around 6. 7pm cut off time just doesn't give enough buffer for people to comfortably pick up their pet. With subway delays or days at work getting delayed, it makes me nervous to use this on a daily basis. Also, the price is really expensive for single days. I wish it was a little cheaper.

Great staff, clean facilities, reasonable prices
The staff is fabulous. My puppy loves them all. The facilities are clean and kept clean. The groupings of dogs seem to work well.

Bella looked great, nice shampoo (smells great). She is safe and got fed, looks great. Thank you for taking good care of her.
A couple of things I thought you could consider: Maybe give the pups more attention with talking to them, petting them. I noticed on camera (most days) that the sitters did not give much loving attention to the pups. I know this is not my dog care business.....but it made me sad to see Bella not getting attention from the humans when she stood up and tried to touch the sitters for attention multiple times and they did not acknowledge, kept walking. I think most dogs that come for a stay at your place may be pampered, talked to thru out the day, have lots of ball play and hugs. (I work from home). The employees days could be more fun for them to have some fun with the pups. Just a thought to make your service better. Maybe you have rules not to do that, or maybe I checked in on video at the more quiet times. Even if the sitters talked out loud to the group of dogs....that would seem nice for them. Just some feedback, since you gave me the opportunity. Do you play music for the pups? Just curious, cause my Bella enjoys music. Thank you for caring about our feed back..And I know it is not an easy job.
