Reliable, clean and great staff
Friendly staff
Everyone who works at Dogtopia, Crestview truly cares for dogs and enjoys them! My dog has gotten so much more comfortable with other people and a large variety of dogs. He comes home happy tired!
Also, the grooming sevices are outstanding! I am so happy to have found this wonderful place for my dog!
Our dog loves going to Dogtopia- she is so happy and excited and I am at ease because I know she is safe and receives loving care from everyone.
My only two regrets are:
1) the strong odor of the facility and the odor our dog brings home with her - it pervades the house and I don’t always have time to bathe her every week after she comes home.
2) the dogs don’t get any fresh air at Dogtopia.
But again, our dog loves her time there. The location is extremely convenient and the people there are so wonderful.
So I do recommend it to people, I just let them know that the dogs have to be indoors all day and the facility has a strong odor.
It’s not a “dirty” odor - I think it’s just whatever cleaning enzyme is used, it’s just a strong odor and I don’t particularly like it - but of course, being an indoor facility, I understand such things must be used and it’s extraordinarily clean there for all the dog traffic in and out each day.
I am very glad to have our dog at Dogtopia each week.
Our pup Bentley has been coming to Dogtopia for almost three years now. He just loves going and while there is very well taken care of. We like the fact that not only is Dogtopia a daycare, but they also offer grooming/spa treatments, and boarding. We have definitely taken advantage of those over the years. I cannot say enough about all of the staff; they truly love all the pups in their care, they are very supportive, and are just wonderful people! I have gotten to know quite a few of the staff over the years that Bentley has been at Dogtopia daycare, and just want to say that you are the best!
We did the meet and greet and the staff was amazing. Now my pup goes there once a week for dog daycare to be social. The staff is amazing and so thankful for their patience with my pup.
We thought dogs are supposed to get some sense of training while they are attending daycare but aren't sure our dog is receiving it as advertised.
Everyone is kind and welcoming. I appreciate the flexibility of changing days due to work travel/commitments.

The entire staff is very friendly and attentive to my dog. My wife and I are very happy with their services. More importantly, our dog Shayna loves going to Dogtopia.
The best compliment I can give to them is everyone who works there loves dogs. And it's apparent in how they treat all the dogs.

Personal communication (great customer service) and love for my pet. It’s great to have the flexibility to pause the payments. My only suggestion is to make the dogs play more. Most of the time they are just there, only a few dogs engage in play by themselves.

My pupper absolutely loves going to DogTopia to play the day away. As soon as he gets out of the car he is dancing in the door. My only lament is that there isn't a location in my end of the city,
Wonderful friendly staff!
We love coming to Dogtopia - Socks loves it there and often times can't wait to get back to her room at drop off! All of the staff are great, they know who Socks is as well as all of her furry friends. We are very happy to have found Dogtopia!
I love that the staff knew my pet’s name from her very first visit and they always greet us with a smile and friendly hellos when we arrive. Every time. I also appreciate they know who my pet is before I even say anything when arriving to pick her up. True customer service and caring for the pets entrusted to them is clearly evident.
Our dog is always happy and comfortable when we come to pick her up. Priceless
