Staff are really nice and so supportive and loving of your dogs. Staff treat your dogs like family and you know they're being left in good hands.
A little more consistency in labeling and keeping track of dog accessories, ie, collars and leashes.
We only use your daycare services. Hours are convenient. We like that you have 4 (mostly 3) separate rooms. The webcams were also a deciding factor why we selected Dogtopia.
The staff is so nice and take great care of our dog.

The staff are all amazing and always go above and beyond for our pup! I never have to worry when she is at Dogtopia because I know she is getting the love and attention she needs.

Great people! Super clean facility, wonderful specials to keep it interesting, mid-day naps. Basically, the combination of Dogtopia’s national model and the twist taken by the amazing staff of the Latham site makes it a fantastic experience for us and our dog.

We've only been once so far, but it was abundantly clear that the people who work here love and understand dogs. The manager, Jess (?) was great at explaining how the process works, and even reiterated it several times, which was honestly helpful for me as there was A LOT of information being given. She made me feel that my baby was in good hands.

Your staff is top rate - kind, caring, committed and dedicated to the dogs and to us pet parent. The activities that they plan for the pups are wonderful - and the facility is spotless - a safe and fun environment for all dogs!
Associates know what they’re doing and are very kind and reassuring to owners that may not have a lot of experience.
Everything!! The people are amazing, my dog loves it and it’s safe. I like that I can see her on camera anytime because I miss her during the day. There is no real contract, price is reasonable, if I don’t come for a week I don’t get charged. Sundays are free….i could list 100 more things
