The staff is top notch! Friendly, caring, consistent, creative, and cute. My dog loves it so much. The crafts are creative and allow my dog to have some one on one attention. The snacks are done so well. They’re healthy, interesting, and timely. I’m so glad we have Dogtopia in our lives.

Great staff my dog like it there
My pupper gets so excited to walk into the door and hang out with his pup friends. I feel very comfortable that he's getting good excersie and socialization with other dogs and people. I use daycare, boarding and grooming services. All three are top tier.

Dogtopia has helped my dog with behaviors such as chewing, having accidents, etc. She was initially very shy, but I can tell she loves the staff and is very excited to go to daycare everyday.
I like the convenience of it, the hours are great and the entire staff knows who my kid is when I go to get her. They are all so kind.

Seemed a little chaotic in the lobby area when I was there
When taking Sweet P to Dogtopia we don't have to give a single thought as to how she will be cared for! The staff is amazing and give her all the Love and Attention we could ever hope for. She loves going and is excited to get there!

I love all the dog attendant's, they are so sweet to my old girl. They are really willing to allow you to make changes to your schedule. I especially like that I can look at my dog any time she is in day care due to the nanny-cam they have.
Everything- Love the web cam, love being able to see the canine coaches interact the pups. Everybody is so pleasant. The only thing I hope can happen is enlarging the space where you are so busy now.

I like that I can see the dogs in the window and on camera and that staff was available to answer my questions.
The spa bath is not really a bath. My dog was not clean at all, rather she smelled like urine and baby wipes. This was extremely disappointing.
Additionally, the lobby reeks of waste.
The team at Dogtopia is super friendly, accommodating and professional. My pups were nervous to attend, but were made to feel at-home very quickly. I highly recommend for any dog parents!

The staff are so kind and loving to my pupper. I am literally making decisions about where to live off of how much my dog loves going to Dogtopia Waugh because I can't imagine sending her anywhere else now!
