Scheduling daycare and boarding was quick and easy. The staff was very helpful and polite. She gets great care while at daycare and looks great after getting groomed.
The Chester Springs location is top notch. They really know our dog! They really care about the animals that they take care of!

Terrible. Left my dog in a crate and then had no explanation when I came to pick him up. Room was dirty and wet.

We love that the drop-off and pick-up is always so efficient, the staff really gets to know the dogs and treats them like their own! They are also quick to communicate with fun events or if anything seems off with your pup.
I've been bringing Augie to Dogtopia for almost 3 years. He loves going to see his "friends" the staff is great and very accommodating, the place is very clean, and the staff is very good to the dogs. I feel Augie is safe and in good hands that i trust will take care of him and makes sure he is safe and cared for. I promise you won't be disappointed.

Everyone genuinely loves and cares for my dog and gives me great peace of mind while I’m working and unable to watch her myself. It’s an added bonus that when my dog comes home from Dogtopia, she’s always exhausted from a day of fun and play and just wants to cuddle.
Everyone at the Brick Dogtopia is wonderful to our Miso. She love's going there. Daycare, Boarding and Spa are all top notch. Thank you!
Friendly staff, loving towards dogs. Flexible hours and location. One thing I would ask you to consider is for regulars who board there dogs for 3+ nights at a time should get a free express bath before pick up. As you know, the dogs can get stinky boarding in crates with lots of other dogs and no outdoor time. This would be a great incentive to board more often and show customer appraciation.

More variety of days for activities. My dog attends twice a week and a couple months in a row there hasn’t been any activities on their days.

Friendly staff, my dog is well cared for and looks forward to her day of daycare! The facility is kept clean with no urine or poop smell; and lastly, we like the “special”” days listed on the calendar! Oh, and we like the flexible hours! I guess we like everything about Dogtopia! Location, hours
I take my dogs there to play with dogs of the same temperament as them and so that they are cared for. With this facility being under staffed, if they are only going to leave my dogs kenneled up all day, I can do that at home. I take them to daycare so that they don’t have to be kenneled up all day.
We love that your services provide our rescue dogs with consistent, safe, and enriching socialization with other dogs in a structured environment. The free weekend play has given our eligible dogs a much-needed outlet from shelter life, improving their behavior, confidence, and adoptability. It’s truly been invaluable to their well-being and has absolutely contributed to their successful adoptions.
My feelings towards Dogtopia are mixed right now.
On the one hand, our dog is treated well when he visits for daycare or boarding.
On the other hand, Dogtopia updated its software systems, apparently in early April of this year. Most of our account information was lost somehow. All that you still have recorded is my contact information. Our dog’s profile is gone. My wife is no longer listed as a member of our family. As a result, I am unable to schedule visits in the Dogtopia mobile app. We are no longer able to view the webcams. It’s been roughly three weeks since I first called, and we’ve chatted with someone at the front desk twice since then. The issue is still not resolved. And I have no idea when, or even if, the issue will ever be resolved.
I won’t really be happier until the missing account information has been recovered, and I can use the Dogtopia mobile app again.
