Our dog comes home tired and happy. We see her on the webcam having fun with the other dogs. The staff are very nice and attentive to the dogs.
Clean, dependable boarding and playtime. After a five-day stay, I would have liked to have received some feedback about how my dog’s stay went.

From the front office to the daycare rooms every canine coach and manager has shown complete dedication to their job. The daycare and spa services are fantastic! The flexibility of days and hours make it easy for me to drop-off and pickup.
Easy to get daycare appointments and all the staff is very friendly. He always comes home tired which is hard to achieve for his breed
Our dog is not used to being with other dogs. The coaches have been encouraging to us that Finn will get used to the play room. Today is his 3rd day there. I watched on the camera and he has been coming out of the corner he was staying in and is starting to be more social. That is what we are hoping for him!
Staff are wonderful and treat our fur babies like their own, love all the activities/crafts they provide, plus having a groomer on site is so helpful

Everything. Everyone cares so much and are friendly and helpful. Everyone knows my older dog would rather be at Dogtopia than home. It makes him feel special and so happy. I can ask any question, and it is always handled quickly. Love it!

I love everything about Dogtopia, the staff are all great. I like that you offer snacks, it’s easy to forget to pack one when you’re rushing out in the morning. The drop off and pick up times are very generous and helpful. I can’t think of 1 negative.
Everyone is very nice and they do a great job. My dog looks and feels great. she loves it!
Staff seem to genuinely like the dogs, they pay attention to the pet parents too. They also keep track of what is going on with the dogs, as far as keeping up with current immunizations.

Longer Hour's - is HARD to get out of downtown dc when I get off work at 6. even keeping open till 7:30 would be great. but I understand that the employee's would like to go home in the evening.

Dogtopia takes such great care of our pup whenever she is there and we never need to worry about her! They always have events and meal enhancements/kongs for my dog which I really appreciate as she is an active working dog. The staff is always so friendly to both myself and my dog! I really appreciate their services!
You all know our pups! That's the most important! You build bonds, trust and respect from them and that makes all pet parents feel comfortable leaving them in your care if for a few hours or even overnight.
I love the fact that you do baths and nail trims. This is a huge benefit, regardless of cost as sometimes we don't have time, but you make the time for it.
