Everything looks and smells clean
My dog is happy
While I love the convenience to my home and friendliness of the employees, I have received the wrong dog twice. Once, I had to come back my dog was not bathed. Another dog with the same name had been bathed instead. But we will continue to come.
Odor in the facility needs to be taken care of.

Dogs are attended to in every room, cameras are working consistently, front desk reception staff is always polite. Very receptive to questions.
Best employees ever! Such great customer service and they have shown so much love for our dog even though he can be challenging.
The quality of the staff, the safety they maintain for the dogs, the clean environment, and the love they have for our pets.
We have taken our dog to Dogtopia for a number of years, but just recently the Customer Service seems to have changed. Instead of Dogtopia employees trying to help out with the Customer’s needs we found the exact opposite.
We will continue to bring our pet to Dogtopia, but we’ll think twice on how we board our pet
And may also consider some different boarding options at this point. Our pet loves going there and it’s very convenient, but the stress of drop off and pick up can be too much for us.
Dogtopia is an amazing place to bring your pets. I love that I am able to watch my dog on the webcams. I feel confident and comfortable that my dog is in great hands!

Everything at Dogtopia has been great from the staff greeting on arrival, video feeds to watch the pups, having the staff assist in greeting training, and the friendly service.
I love Dogtopia in Fort Collins, the staff is so friendly, and obviously all dog lovers. I feel like they take very good care of my pup!
The folks at Dogtopia Lafayette are so kind and friendly. My codependent pup has such a good time going to daycare and is excited once he walks in the door. Their spa services leave him with nicely trimmed nails and a smooth clean coat. When he has been boarded, he doesn't have hesitation going back to daycare (which has happened with past with other boarding services). Overall, I can't recommend this place or these kind people enough! 11/10

Friendly and caring staff. Dogs seem engaged in the play areas throughout the day with appropriate rest time for lunch and naps.
The staff always welcoming, and they show that to the dogs as well. The place is kept very neat and clean. We really enjoy the camera so we can check on him every now and then Jackson always appears to be enjoying himself and that’s important.

I wish there was outdoor space for the dogs to play. I also wish there were a person overnight for when dogs are boarded.

The staff is super friendly and truly cares for the animals. They interact with them during the day and get to know their personalities, truly trying to make sure the pets are comfortable. The little activities hosted during the week are a great way to support a good cause and provide enrichment for pets!
