My 11 month old Pitbull bulldog mix just started daycare this week and he absolutely loved it. I felt so welcomed into this facility the moment I stepped into the doors. The staff is amazing. They gave a tour to explain how they operate and showed me around. I had looked at other options for daycare but felt unsafe and uneasy about sending him- due to how the facilities looked or how they huffed when I mentioned he was part pitbull. Dogtopia and their staff truly care for dogs you can tell. I love the fact that you can check in on the cameras to see how they’re doing for the day. And the monthly events/treats they do during the weeks are so fun. I highly recommend Dogtopia!! My sully gets so excited when we pull up to the door!
I’m so thankful that Harry is happy at Dogtopia! The people are friendly and kind and they take very good care of him! He has so much energy and it is a perfect place for him to work out. He has spent a couple of nights there and he likes the spa treatments from Crystal. Thank you!!

The person watching the dogs in the room was aggressive and dismissive with the dogs. I watched on the camera as she pushed the dogs, clanked metal bowls in their faces to get them to get away from her (not to break up any fighting), allowed dog pee to linger on the floor as other dogs peed on top of it and walked through it. I watched as she allowed my dog and others to be humoed violently without interfering (my dog is a puppy and not spayed yet). I immediately went to pick up my dog and cancel our membership. It was only our first day. The manager could not have been more rude and dismissive of my fears for the dogs. She literally walked away after canceling our membership without saying a word to me. Any time anyone asks me about Dogtopia I will show them the screenshots from the camera of the worker abusing the dogs. I’m disgusted

Carrie is exceptionally helpful. Variety of services. I was disappointed to be informed that daycare that I paid for expired. I do not recall being told that they would expire when purchased.

The staff always is excited to see my dog and really care about him. They also have fun events and photo opportunities.

Consistently great customer service
This was our dogs first full day so time will tell. However, the staff did a great job with her. The nicest thing is you can watch your dog all day on their Webcam. Gives you great peace of mind. She came home exhausted from playing. I would recommend them.

We had a great experience with the boarding service. The staff was friendly and attentive, and our dog, Spicy, seemed comfortable and well cared for. We especially appreciated the option to schedule a grooming appointment for the pickup day—it was so convenient to bring home a clean, happy. We'll definitely be using their services again.
