My dog loved there
My dog came home extremely sick. I wish I was notified she had diarrhea. She lost 3 pounds over a 5 day stay. I could have had someone come and pick her up.
I had to spend over $300. At the vet much less getting her mental health back.
Dogtopia is a family! I feel safe having my fur baby there, knowing that she is loved and looked after.
She loves playing ball, and running around with the other dogs. Bubbles are her next favourite, and for some reason loves the pink floor art, lol!!!
The addition of treats, walks, and baths are on point and we have used the bath service. She comes out smelling like a rose.

My dog is always so excited to be there when he arrives, and after getting all his energy out during the day, is calm and happy at home in the evenings.
l like how friendly they are and their location is easy to get to, I was very pleased with how they groomed him. Scooter looked so cute when I picked him up.
My dog is convulsed with wiggling delight whenever we arrive. Everybody seems to know him and he loves them all. It’s especially helpful on rainy days or whenever I know I can’t give him as much exercise and/or stimulation as he needs.
The staff is incredibly nice and extremely helpful. Our pup feels welcome & is happy to go to daycamp.
Pick up could run more smoothly and quicker. Also, clarity on if my pup has eaten lunch. I get a confident answer about 50% of the time.
Dogtopia is always so flexible with my changing schedule. I really like that I can drop off early or pick up late. The Dogtopia team always makes Tipsy & Timber feel so welcome.
The staff is awesome, very helpful and good with the dogs. They do interesting things with the dogs, photos, pool, holidays parties

Dogtopia has been excellent for my dog - great care, fun environment, and truly wonderful staff. That is also why I am really disappointed to hear about the departure of Megan, the General Manager. Her leadership made a huge difference and was a big reason I keep brining my dog there. Hoping the great service continues as I am concerned about the new leadership.
excellent interaction with the dogs. Our dog enjoy's the playtime and socialization. Mentally, he is healthier from the positive work that is done at Dogtopia. Happy Dog = Happy House

My dog is happy when we arrive and he is happy when I pick him up - he likes it so much that he does not want to come home. When he does get home he very calm and rests A LOT due to all the exercise he had while at Dogtopia.

The staff are very friendly and take very good care of Pepper. I have boarded Pepper twice for a week or more and she was well taken care of. The web cams make it very easy to check in daily.
Excellent service from the front desk to our yorkies groomer, Ashlee.
