A great atmosphere, Pockets literally pulls me into the lobby & is ready to go inside. Staff is friendly, flexible, & seems to remember every dog & parent's name.

I took my dog to board for 2 nights. He is a 8yr old Great Dane who has been boarding there since he was about a year. Always trusted Dogtopia Nasa. This time around I cried for two days after bringing my dog home. He had scabs on his nose from trying to get out of a kennel, the staff never informed me of, his back left foot was completely raw, and to top it off put in a kennel for a regular large dog. If it wasn’t for me checking in on the cameras multiple times I would’ve never known my dog was hunched over in a kennel. After speaking to the manager whom said he was going to speak to his staff I requested a refund from the facility and now they have gone silent. They admitted to knowing about his nose injury, being put in a kennel too small, and the lack of attention to my care instructions, but refuse to respond to my refund request. Highly disappointed and will NEVER take my dog back.
Everything, staff is super friendly, hours are great, and I love the convenience of all the services offered in one place.

Staff is super friendly and helpful. We're allowed to watch our dog on camera and I could see that they were active and engaged. They were someone supervising all the time. The ease of using the daycare and dropping off and picking up our dog.

All the staff was very knowledgeable/attentive to each individual needs with their pup, the office is very clean/sanitary and the prices are reasonable for families. This was my first time, but would highly recommend and will be using their services again.
Every single person who works at Dogtopia in Greensburg is truly kind, caring, and passionate about their jobs. They treat our dogs like they are their own and it is very sweet to see how much each dog and each family mean to them. We tell everyone we know about how amazing this facility and this team is!

Remembered my dog after months if not a year of not being there. This also tells me there’s low staff turnover. Can just do drop offs without notice or extra fee. Staff was very kind when I realized I had been unprepared for long walk with my dog - I stopped in and asked if they could give my dog water immediately accommodated even though he wasn’t staying. My dog was adopted from being in a shelter for at least three months. When I first had to board him years ago he went to a very well reviewed boarding kennel. When I came back for him he was quiet and scared. When he comes back from Dogtopia he’s like an excited toddler coming out of preschool wanting to tell me all about his day.
Registration was easy, staff was friendly and efficient and my dog was happy 😃
More training for new coaches, some just don’t seem to know how to engage with the dogs or really coach them. The well established coaches are awesome however!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Riggs and Ranger had baths and de-shedding treatments at Dogtopia Highland Village, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. They came home clean, soft, and smelling great—and amazingly, there was virtually no shedding afterward. The staff are always friendly, professional, and take wonderful care of our boys. We wouldn’t use anyone else and highly recommend Dogtopia Highland Village! 🐾💕

I have to say my dog loved Dogtopia because every time I came to pick her up while she was happy to see me. She was not overly excited like oh my God take me home she wanted to stay and play. This was the first time in a while we had to go on a trip and she had to stay overnight for three nights while she was well taken care of by the staff and was able to play as a 14 year-old she was able to have time to herself to observe and rest and do the things that she was used to doing without any additional stress on her I would definitely recommend Dogtopia and how because of how they treated the pups and the customers.

The Canine Coaches aren't just dog-sitters. They genuinely care about our dogs, and interact with them the whole time they are there, except, of course for nap time.
Always willing to help us to the car with our dogs if we need it, and they are kind and attentive.
I like the cameras in the rooms, so I can see how she is doing and who she is playing with or sleeping next to.
The front desk is absolutely Top Notch with Myiah, Hallie, Riley, River, Josh and others always cheerful and helpful. There is never a negative vibe at that desk. Ever. They are such a great team!
Joy has been at Dogtopia for three years, and I have always felt she is safe and well taken care of and cared for....

My dog LOVES going here, which is most important! Everyone is kind and helpful and very accomidating. I only wish he didn't smell so bad coming home. He comes home exhausted, I love the socialization he gets!
