TJ was scheduled for a bath and nail cut on 5/6. I have the confirmation on my phone. It was canceled by the facility not sure why as I was not notified and rescheduled for 5/9. I canceled the 5/9 visit as I was picking TJ up at 8am and it was not needed anymore as I specifically scheduled it for 5/6 in the middle of his boarding stay so he would get cleaned. I picked TJ up with dry feces all over him and two split nails on his left paw. When I brought this to the admins attention at pick up they tried to tell me I never had anything scheduled for 5/6. Which is a lie as I have the confirmation and know what I do and do not do.

It would be nice on the app for membership users to know how many days they’ve used and when their month resets. Or instead of monthly memberships moving to a punch card system where you buy x amount of days and can use them whenever and buy a new card when it expires.

The staff is always friendly and Finnegan loves it there. We trust everyone who works there to care for him as if he was their own. It is so nice to have a place where dropping him off is never stressful or concerning, we know that when we pick him up, whether after a day of daycare or a few nights of boarding he will be happy, healthy, and excited to go back.
I requested a toenail trim and they don't look trimmed at all. I was told that their quicks were long but I can see the pink quicks and they can be cut. I can't cut them myself or I would do it. The bath was good though. I should have communicated better what time I would be by to pick them up because they were still a little wet when I picked them up but that's ok.
Obi’s Favorite Place!
Our dog Obi loves DogTopia in Town and Country! As soon as he sees it from the car, his tail starts wagging like a fan, and he can’t wait to jump out and join the fun. Every time he arrives, Obi is greeted by name with big smiles, which says a lot about how well the staff know and care for the dogs.
Obi has made many furry friends and gets to play indoors and outside, when the weather allows. Both indoor and outdoor areas are spacious with plenty of room to romp or relax with shade outside. He especially enjoys their tasty, healthy treats like Kongs stuffed with goodness.
We also love the structure of the day. The dogs get a solid two-hour nap break in kennels to rest and recharge before returning to play, which we think is brilliant. The spa services are another great perk—Obi has had baths, ear cleanings, and even teeth cleanings, and he always comes home looking and smelling fresh.
He's also boarded overnight and came home happy, well-rested, and clearly well cared for.
We absolutely recommend DogTopia in Town and Country to any pet parent looking for a safe, fun, and loving environment for their pup!
My girl is happy when I drop her off, and I like seeing the Dogtopia team interact with the dogs.

I love all of your services and customer care is always excellent.
The pick up process has been taking 15-30 minutes lately and feels like there is a better process to how to efficiently get the pups ready and out the door. I used to be able to leave work nearby, pickup my dog, then get my kids from the school bus. Now it often takes so long to get my dog that I have to leave, get my kids then come back which adds an hour to my day that I don't have. The morning drop off has gotten bad some days too lately where someone will be in the drop off room filling out forms and no one comes out to check on the line of dogs waiting to drop off. I waited over 15 minutes to drop off my dog twice last week. I not only send my dog to Dogtopia because she loves it but also I am a single working parent without enough time in my day so when I'm spending up to a 45 minutes just for drop off and pick up (and more if you count the extra driving time of having to leave and come back when it takes too long), it's making things more difficult. Please try and fix this as everything else there is so wonderful!
