Amazing place. The people are super friendly. They take great care of my two boys. The facility is very clean. My dogs love it there. Nothing but great things to say about the place.
The people who run this place are GREAT! They really care about the dogs and really pay attention.
As previously stated, everyone is friendly,play areas are well kept and our dog seems to enjoy going there.
The aroma. I know there are many dogs on site but it did not smell like this before.
I can't say enough good things about Dogtopia! We were searching for a new vet while our dog's vaccinations had expired, and when we went back, EVERYONE was so happy to see our pup. It was mutual. He went in a little depression because we got off of our routine. It feels like family when you walk through the doors every single time.

Our French Bulldog LOVES Dogtopia. She goes at least once a week and has also boarded a number of times. Recently, while we were away and she was being boarded, she sustained a small injury and the people at Dogtopia were AMAZING. They immediately called us to let us know, then because we were away, brought her to her regular vet and took extra special care with her (sending us updates the whole time). It was amazing care. It was so good knowing that she was in good hands and happy, even through her minor injury.

I love the flexibility and ease of scheduling. The staff is always friendly and my dog comes home tired after being there.
Great customer service, love the special activities and photo shoots, and my dog enjoys day care.
My pup always plays hard and has fun while at daycare. I love being able to check on him throughout the morning and see him having zoomies with his friends. They don't bat an eye at bully breeds and he loves coming to daycare each week. He comes home tired and ready for a snooze after a hard day of playing.
I like the open communication and responsiveness to my concerns about my dog.
Spa services are excellent. The staff gets to know the dogs by name and very caring with them.
I enjoy the atmosphere when we walk into the building. They make us feel so welcomed and loved. I know I can trust leaving my dog here, and I know that she loves going due to all the love she gets from the staff. I highly recommend others to take their loved ones here.

The dog to human ratio could be a little better for the daycare.
The groomer does a great job, but I just spent more money at the vet because she has pink eye which happened within a day or two of her last grooming appointment.
The staff is really kind and accommodating and incredibly sweet to my pup. I appreciate the time taken to give updates on how she did during the day, since I'm hoping it helps build her confidence and socialization.
My boxer SASSY is always greeted warmly and enthusiastically! I am secured in knowing she will be taken care of and better still,she will be worn out when I pick her up.It is always nice and cool for her there and I swear she smells nicer at the end of the day.

We went for a meet and greet appointment. My dog stayed for 3 1/2 hours and lived it! He made some new friends and had delicious treats. They sent a report card and photo home We will be going back soon
i called about 3 weeks ago to ask how long had it been since my dog,Chewy Last name removed , was given water since when i brought him home and he drank 3/16 oz bottles of water after i brought him home. I was told by Alexia she would check the camara recording and get back with me she never did; if dogs are not getting water this could end up a serious matter.

Our dog loves to go to Dogtopia. When he gets there, you would think we didn't exist. He is so excited to see the staff. He not only goes to daycare but is also boarded and seems happy to be there for both.
