The staff is great!
Dogtopia Albuquerque is a fantastic facility filled with very caring people. They really go the extra mile to make sure both pets and parents are taken care of.
Friendly staff. Would be good if dogs could go outside to go to the bathroom.
Every member of the staff is attentive to both our Dog and our concerns. The team is accommodating to scheduling issues and always happy to make life better for my pup.

What I like about the services is the curbside drop off/pickup, the web cameras and the daily report of Shaq's day. The staff is friendly and welcoming at all times.
I love the fact that you have cams in the rooms so that we can check in on our babies.

I like that Dogtopia is open early and dogs can be picked up later if needed. I think the monthly themes and corresponding activities are adorable. It’s also nice to have the option to have my dog groomed if needed, during her stay.
Appreciate the attentiveness of the staff and their ability to deal with the pups. Also the way they touch the dog parents.

Please get a real sunscreen for the entrance door and windows. It’s horrible picking up my dog with the sun blazing in!!!! I’ve referred 2 families to you because of your staff but I’m super frustrated that many customers have asked ownership for sunscreens and you still haven’t installed any!!!!!
The staff is very welcoming of all dogs and they genuinely care about my dog and her wellbeing. They have lots of fun activities and the prices are reasonable. Scheduling is super easy and my dog really loves going!
The dashcam so I can look to see if my dog is enjoying herself - it is great to see the wagging tails!

Flexibility, willingness to accommodate changes in schedule when needed, the way the staff interacts with the dogs and communication to owner about any issues that come up ( health or behavior).
