Friendly staff; safe environment for dogs
Always a positive environment for both the owners and dogs. The staff go overboard to make the daycare engaging and playful.

I feel very comfortable leaving our doodle for daycare and boarding. When I pick her up she like to say her goodbyes to any one of the employees at the front desk. I feel like she is in good comforting hands when she is there!!
The staff is beyond amazing!!! I have been so stressed about leaving Holly, but they love her and really take care of her!!!

No one available today until after 720. It takes too long to retrieve my dog when I pick him up. No one ask if my dog doesn’t eat it all of his food if they should save and refrigerate it.
The ability to get provide a safe space for my dog.
She loves going and playing with the other dogs.
She also feels safe with the staff there.
I am very comfortable taking my dog Georgie to the Dogtopia Cleveland location. The facility is clean and bright. Alex is welcoming and he accommodated a last minute change in our first visit without breaking stride. The team is awesome, very attuned to the dogs and their people. Georgie loves going to his weekly Dogtopia playcare. At the end of the day he's a tired pup.
The team at Dogtopia Dublin shows my pup love and care to the level I expect to feel I can trust my fur baby with them whether for a day of play or sleepover. They are always willing to let me check in and ask questions and give me updates. Milo and I are so glad to have the whole Dogtopia Dublin team in our village.

We love Dogtopia! Only "comment" is that I wish the membership price was a little lower but otherwise, we really enjoy having our pup spend time with you all!
My pup LOVES it there. The staff does a superb job of caring for her during weekly daycare and overnight stays when I am out of town.
The service is just wonderful, from drop off to pick up.
I'm very happy with bringing my dog Emma to Dogtopia Springfield where I can see she has a great time running around with her friends. She comes home physically and mentally tired. I do mention to others that she goes to Dogtopia Springfield and how it is helpful for both me and Emma. She gets to play all day and I get to work or run errands while some caring professionals watch out for her.
We have a new puppy and he had zero accidents before this place. The indoor peeing and pooping is gross and since then, he’s had multiple accidents. The afternoon assistants are not pleasant. Cameras will show them crating your dog for NO reason and watching them suffer and bark through the crate. She was also seen pushing him and followed him the whole time not letting him interact with anyone else. I’m all for discipline but he did nothing/ he was targeted
Staff are professional and friendly. We are from out of town but have been really pleased with dogtopia for Gracie...will definitely use them again!

Loves them all so much . Her tail wags so fast when we get there . Also when you walk in it smells so clean that you know that your baby is in a clean safe place .

Not gonna say I was stupid enough to ask a question but I ask you about the lumps in my baby girl‘s mouth found out they were warts that came from your group. I just wanna make sure you’re doing something to fix that because she is not able to come back and it breaks my heart not to mention, I’ve said numerous times how much she’s limping Don’t know why that is. I get that she plays hard but communication is huge. I don’t know what else to say you guys I love you a lot, but you hurt me so much and I am at a loss. My little girl in the last three days became a shell.
I like the activities you plan. I like that I can bring in a snack and medicine and know it is given exactly as instructed.
I like the use of the web cams so I can check on my dog.
I like the total atmosphere for my dog and I can tell she likes it too.
Everyone is so kind! They all seem to genuinely love and care about every dog. We love everything about Dogtopia- daycare, boarding, the facility, the staff, etc.!
