The cameras are so awesome I love checking in throughout the day. The staff are sooo friendly too i know he’s in good hands when I’m at work!!

I can’t say enough good things about this Dogtopia Aurora! The staff are truly amazing — kind, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. It’s such a relief knowing Findlay is in such good hands. He always comes home happy and tired, and I love knowing he gets to socialize and have fun in a safe, caring environment. I feel completely at ease leaving him here, and I’m so grateful for the love and care they give him each week. Highly recommend!
The staff were very friendly. I enjoy being able to see how my dog is doing. He's shy and I saw the staff go out of their way to include him, play with him, and pet him. They were also quick to respond when the dogs got rowdy. The app to book appointments is easy to use and they get approved quickly.
Staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and excellent with our furry friends. I especially love the use of the Dogtopia webcam which takes away any worry about how our furbabies are doing throughout their stay. I brought our 5 month old Bentley in for his introductory assessment which not only was a positive experience for him but he was able to stay for as long as we wanted, which was a bonus and gave my husband a nice little break.

I love that my dog is happy to go there.
My favorite thing about Dogtopia is the people. They have a genuine love for all of the dogs in their care. They treat my little Olive as their own.
The entire staff is awesome. Nisha and Quinn are fabulous and so good at communicating what is going on. But everyone…Nik, Natalia, Trey, Chloe, Kilee, and the other coaches are so very good and obviously love the dogs and their jobs.
We have two dogs in 24/7 boarding and they are obviously loved and well taken care of.

My dog absolutely loves it at Dogtopia! They are very friendly and service oriented to make sure your dog is well taken care of. I love that my dog gets to play with other dogs for hours. It’s great exercise and socialization for your dog!

My Shadow enjoys his time with the staff. He is learning to regonize othe dog behavior and good socialization.
Our previous doggie daycare had an outdoor area. Not a deal breaker but I believe the dogs enjoyed going outdoors.
Flexible, staff care about the animals, kind, courteous, helpful, they all follow written directions when we leave them. The staff never get mad at the parent. Their lunches are great!
There has been a lot of staff turnover, the new owner(s) seem to be nowhere near as involved as the prior owners (if at all), I've had to enter boarding requests multiple times to get a response, and we've had numerous billing issues over the past six months. Minor things individually, but combined all point to things not being as well run as they used to be, which was my fear when the ownership changed. The dogs are still happy going and are well cared for, which is why we haven't changed yet.

it is clear that everyone at Dogtopia is a dog lover! Our little Theo does a dance as soon as he realizes he is there and he runs through the door. We love Dogtopia!
The staff clearly cares about dogs. But I feel like my dog receives love as soon as he walks through the door. Plus, the owners are phenomenal.
Friendly team, love the variety of activities they do with our fur babies. Our baby loves going there. They have great spa services and boarding also. Love love love the themed photo shoots they do.
I wish there was more variety in the rooms from day to day.
