My dog has a safe and comfortable environment to play and make dog friends. The staff is very friendly and professional. My dog is always super excited when I mention going to Dogtopia. She loves it here and so do I.
Very friendly and accommodating staff who treat my dog like a best friend! Facility is clean and pet friendly. My dog absolutely loves it there!

I love the app and being able to book appointments so easily. The cameras are great. I also love that it’s an indoor facility so no matter what the weather, my dog can run and play. The staff work with dogs and they know it’s not just “play time”. They truly care for the dogs.
Great staff, and it's easy to book daycare for our dog Remington. He absolutely loves it there.

Friendly staff and the dogs are well cared for.
I thought the staff was very friendly and able to answer questions about Lilli's care. I liked being able to checking on tge doggy cam.
Ease of drop off and pick up to and from kind and courteous team members.
After taking my pet to Dogtopia just a couple of days, he suddenly start to pee inside the house. Which he never does since he was trained. To which I was surprised, I took my dog with my friend who took her 2 dogs as well, and the same happened with one of her dogs. I was wondering from watching the video if they are never taken out to pee or do their necessities, and I guess not. So today I decided to stop taking him even though the week is free, and he had been there only 2 days, but I don't want him to get confused and start doing all his needs inside the house.
Also I think they need more interaction, the 2 days I watched him through the webcam I didn't really see any engagement activity with the dogs, which is what I was hoping for. The reason I took my dog to daycare is because he is very shy and anxious. I wanted him to be with other dogs and other adults that would provide some sort of activity. The one thing I did see if that there was a lot of cleaning around and now I understand it is because the dogs do their necessities in the room, so for sure it was kept clean. But it would be really good to see more engaging activities with the dogs.

There is always someone present with the dogs. I get to watch him on the video. He’s separated from the bigger dogs.

They put my mind at ease knowing Larry is not only cared for but is having a blast and getting great exercise all day. They make everything as smooth and easy as possible.

Dogtopia really cares about our dogs! They are well taken care of every time they are there. Lots of hugs, snuggles, pets. Savannah and her team do a wonderful job. I always know my dogs are safe.
I love the everything about Dogtopia, the staff and services. I’ve had bad experiences with daycares with my furbabies but with Dogtopia I’m at ease leaving my boys with them.
Getting to know staff and see how much they care for the dogs. They know them by name and personality. All I have to do is say 'dogtopia' and my Lucy bolts to the door, ready to go!
Another camera in the rooms to see a better view of the dogs. It would be nice to have a payment package that isn't a use it or lose it.
