I Love and Appreciate Dogtopia of Papillion!
I totally trust the care and supervision every time I drop off my dog (Daisy) for a day of play and when boarding overnight/a week. I have a very busy schedule being a Caregiver to three family members and having a place to take my dog and knowing she is safely having fun brings me relief and happiness knowing I do not need to worry. The entire staff is so caring, friendly and professional! The Entire Team is so Much Appreciated - Thanks ! First name removed
It was very hard for me to leave Coquette with people I don't know personally, but the folks running the show at this place know exactly what they are doing. The people who work here are happy individuals who appear to LOVE dogs. My dog is excited when I pull up to drop her off which speaks volumes! While she is "out of her skin" with happiness when I pick her up because she missed me, I know she had a good time.

Ease of scheduling appointments, the specials you offer to make boarding and daycare possible for me, you don’t mind last minute boarding requests 🤣, the coaches and staff are always so warm, friendly and clearly love their fur babies. Xena is always soooooo excited to go to “school” and I think she’d rather be there than at home with a boring work mom. I’m so happy I found Dogtopia 3 years ago. You have made my life stress free when it comes to Xena. Thank you all for what you do.!!!!

My dog loves going to Dogtopia and utilizing daycare services has become an essential part of our weekly routine. It has been a game changer in our dog's happiness, since my partner and I work very long hours. The staff are great with the animals and seem to truly care about all of them.
My only complaint would be the aggressive sales approach. There have been weeks where I feel as if I am getting contacted multiple times about the same promotion both in person and via phone. Moreover, I feel as if when I do say no, the staff are frustrated with me. It has made me not want to engage as much with the staff, and my partner ends up taking and picking up our dog most of the time. While I appreciate and understand the need for business development, we are paying the maximum amount we can for our dog to attend. The cost of daycare is already a lot for us, and while we'd love to access more benefits, it's just not realistic for us right now. We are young adults living paycheck to paycheck in this difficult economy.

The front desk was super nice and helpful and gave more information about other services. They treated Bella (my dog) so kindly and that's all I can ask for. I rarely take her to a grooming facility but I would definitely come back to Dogtopia.

It is like my dog’s second home. They are happy to be there. The counselors treat my dogs so well and enjoy playing with the other dogs. They are all very sweet.
I feel like everyone cares about what they do, I love the lunchtime crating rest time, and the ability to drop in (via video) to what's happening!
The hours and location are very convenient for me. My dog is hesitant but seems to enjoy her time here. I love checking the webcams. I work long hours away from home and this is better than her being at home alone - I'm especially interested in her interacting with other humans and she is making progress, I think.
I love that it is drop off without appointment. The employees are always so happy to see my pup.
